What do you like best about the product?
It is straightforward to get started with Secureframe. The platform provides all the support needed for any business. The customer support team is also highly responsive and helpful in answering any questions or resolving issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not any downgrades about Secureframe so far. Any infrequent bugs, technical glitches are handled very well by the Secureframe team

Secureframe includes improved compliance management, enhanced security posture, and streamlined workflows. One of the many Secureframe benefits is the reduced risk of compliance violations and data breaches.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite feature in SECUREFRAME is undoubtedly the integrations it has. It has made my work extremely effective and made it easier for me to follow the processes. Also it saved time in my work, especially in operational processes, and helped me see how I should move forward. Thanks to this, I have seen what actions I need to take and I have had the chance to know what state my affairs are in with the reports that have been generated. It is also a nice feature to see what level we are at in the certificates. It definitely made it possible and extremely easy for processes to be created and followed👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
What do you dislike about the product?
I really do not have anything negative to say. All of my experiences were positive and I was extremely satisfied with the process. Thank you again!

It helped me organize my work and identify my priorities. It showed me at what level my progress or deficiencies were. In short, it provided complete work efficiency.

Secureframe is really good tool. It saves a lot of time by generating policy templates and tight integration. The support team is very helpful and responsive.

It seems that Secureframe is constantly working on the improvement of its platform. We have not experienced any major problems with the product.

Amazing Product, Great Team
What do you like best about the product?
Secureframe is easy to use, flexible, straightforward and packed with advanced features. It is ideal for both small and large corporate environments. We mainly utilize the software for auditing and compliance. We automated several processes that previously needed a lot of manual touchpoints and regular human follow-up via emails and spreadsheet tracking (which can be a hassle & time-consuming). But now everything is automated. Our staff and business users are happy with this change. We also use it for storing documents, automating workflows for business requests and updates, risk assessments, open issue tracking, and many more. The Secureframe support team is excellent; they are responsive, prompt, and friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I haven't found anything I don't like. The tasks may appear overwhelming, but Secureframe simplifies them for users. The Secureframe support team is also very accommodating whenever we need assistance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Compared to the competitors, Secureframe has a user-friendly UI and a wide functionality range; the infrastructure auditing is mostly automated and provides excellent customer service.

Without a doubt, their Third-Party Vendor Risk Management. I'm impressed by how easy it is to track and monitor vendor relationship lifecycle and reduce the risk to a minimum.
