Security compliance demystified
What do you like best about the product?
Without a doubt, their customer support. As a non-technical person, leading our company through our first security review, I had all of the support I could ever want! No question was too small or too silly. The platform has grown tremendously, so the platform itself now holds your hand through the process, but before that was true, I could count on my customer success rep to guide me.
What do you dislike about the product?
This has improved dramatically since I first started using Secureframe, but I don't love the experience of uploading things to the data room. Now that you can upload evidence right alongside the specific control it is a lot better, but the Data Room itself is just one giant folder, so you have to determine the right way to organize the content, hoping that it makes life easy on your auditors.

GREAT PRODUCT!
What do you like best about the product?
We used Secure Frame for our SOC2 audit. The product UI was great and customer service was readily available to answer all of our questions. We made it thru our SOC2 audit and were certified with ease. The cyber security training is user-friendly and useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
We had very few issues with the product. I recall one instance in which we had trouble deleting some information that we erroneously entered into the system. The issue was quickly resolved by customer service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The templated policies helped us come up with useful ones which we tailored to our own organizational needs.
The employee cyber training helped to ensure that our employees understand the risks and may help us to reduce insurance costs.
Most importantly, we benefited from Secureframe without which we would not have easily been able to attain our SOC2 certification.

What do you like best about the product?
Secureframe is extremely user friendly. Our employees found it very easy to complete training and review and accept policies. Very useful tool for soc2 audit. I would definitely recommend Secureframe to others.

There really is not anything I dislike about Secureframe. Using Secureframe has been a positive experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used Secureframe for our soc2 audit and for security compliance. Using Secureframe for these purposes made it easy for us to reach our goals.

All in all, Secureframe was super healful. They made everything so easy for us and were super user-friendly. Highly recommend it to anyone who is looking!

We used Secureframe for SOC 2, and it benefited our organization as a whole. It was a straightforward and seamless process and has greatly helped us in the long run.

What do you like best about the product?
By breaking down this complex and unclear process into simple pieces and parts, Secureframe makes it easier for us to understand what needs to be done to get the certificate. Having a dashboard that shows how much progress you have made, what is still missing, and who should own each test is very helpful. I also appreciate the responsiveness and helpfulness of the support team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Better integration with the auditor would be a plus. Once we had completed the Secureframe tests, we had to answer the auditors' questions (most of which we had already answered on Secureframe). It felt a bit redundant. If there's a way to create a template for the readiness report that the auditor can use instead of manually entering answers again, that would be great. It is probably only relevant to first-time users or companies switching auditors. As a credit to Secureframe, they provided a document that linked the auditor's question to our Secureframe answers, which helped a bit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By using Secureframe, we are able to manage the complex framework of being SOC II compliant.

Great way to stay organized and keep track of the entire process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind. We were able to get our compliance sorted pretty easily.

Working at a start up can feel like the wild west in terms of processes. Secureframe has been able make compliance a breeze.

Great system for Soc2 compliance
What do you like best about the product?
Our employees found the program very easy to use. It was a seamless process to get our staff to read and acknowledge policies and become soc2 compliant. We would recommend this to others looking for sofrware.

We did not run into any major issues using Secureframe. We had a positive experience.
