Smooth Easy to Follow Process
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the platform's ability to simplify and automate compliance processes, provide centralised visibility into compliance status, and offer a variety of security controls to help maintain a secure environment. Additionally, you may appreciate the ease of use and user-friendly interface of the Secureframe platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
limitations in customisation options provided

Great integration with Cloud sotutions, excellent support and competitive price
What do you like best about the product?
What I liked most about the Secureframe dashboard was the description of how to fix the tests. This made it way more doable then reading a lot of documention (often by AWS) which can be quite challenging
What do you dislike about the product?
That every policy that employee's (or others in-scope) is shown individually in the test's section. This makes your progress jump by appr 10% everytime a new employee joins. And another thing is that the Secureframe agent does not give the correct information to the dashboard and that it sometimes doesn't run.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secureframe gives us great insights into our cloud infrastructure in terms of security. Also it helps a lot in the development and growth of Epiphany as well as some professionality towards our clients.
Overall good experience
What do you like best about the product?
Made the SOC2 audit process very smooth. Once everything was checked off on Secureframe, the audit itself was practically just a formality. Secureframe lists all requirements for the audit as well as steps to satisfy the requirements, depending on your infrastructure (for example, how to enable features in AWS that satisfy certain requirements). When requirements or resolution steps are unclear, their support team is able to provide helpful advice and guidance in a timely fashion. This was my first time going through a SOC2 audit process and it was much easier than I expected thanks to Secureframe.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not all requirements and resolution steps are as clear as they could be. There are minor integration bugs that require manual overrides (e.g. integration claims firewalls are not enabled, but they are).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secureframe helped us complete SOC2 Type 1 and 2 audits. We had no idea what the audit would entail, and Secureframe laid out all the requirements and steps for us to achieve compliance. I still don't know how it would have been possible for us to complete the audits in any reasonable timeframe (since we have zero prior experience with a SOC2 audit) had it not been for Secureframe.
Great for tracking, but takes some time to get the hang of using it
What do you like best about the product?
Helping for various forms of tracking: employees who have acknowledged policies, vendors, your progress towards tasks like GDPR compliance or SOC2. Solid templates to use to get started for GDPR compliance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I would want to delete old evidence that I had uploaded to satisfy a test - it still stayed there sometimes, even after I had uploaded new evidence. While you could create a report based on outstanding or completed tasks, it was not always easy to read or understand the report. Version management of policies could be improved. There should be a way of tracking agreements signed with vendors within SecureFrame.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping organization on track to complete GDPR compliance in short period of time, with multiple employees & consultants helping out.
Easy one-stop shop for compliance
What do you like best about the product?
Multiple frameworks for compliance make life easy. Addition of test criteria and explanations of how to pass tests in 2022 supercharged compliance efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Had to wait on additional frameworks to be published for company's compliance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Business needed to become HIPAA, GDPR, and SOC2 compliant within two months. Doing so manually would have been a nightmare. Secureframe provided the frameworks necessary to become compliant quickly.
Made our SOC 2 a breeze
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful part is definitely the integrations showing you exactly what you need to do. It boils everything down to a dynamic checklist so you can divide responsibilities with your team, with the pass/fail report being based on the actual state of your connected systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes a while to refresh. It can also be a little overzealous about things that have already been marked out-of-scope coming back onto the report later on, but this doesn't happen very often from what I've seen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Maintaining SOC 2 Type II so we can continue to bid enterprise business. A lot of potential clients won't even look at you as a potential vendor if you don't have some sort of security certification.
SecureFrame Review
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use and support system. If I have any questions, their support reps are fantastic and always answer questions quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the verbiage is sometimes confusing; the wording of requirements could be more precise. Also, the SecureFrame agent sucks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are currently going through our SOC2 review and it is helping us achieve this.
Great experience with Secureframe
What do you like best about the product?
Secureframe makes managing compliance tasks very easy and intuitive. Their platform supports all perks like single sign-on and manages the entire compliance requirements set by the SOC II framework.
What do you dislike about the product?
When we first started they did not have all SOC II TSCs (Trusted Services Criteria) available but the team was very helpful and a quick release ended up serving our need very well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secureframe allows our small team (without a full-time compliance officer) to manage the complex frameworks of being a SOC II compliant business.
Great platform, response support, and attentive sales
What do you like best about the product?
Secureframe's automated compliance platform makes preparing for our SOC 2 audit achievable using their automated and manual tests. They break down the criteria into bite-sized tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the automated tests don't match our environment and require overrides.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOC2 audit preparation
Excellent support and framework
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful aspect of Secureframe is having a game plan to work on SOC2. It's daunting to start from scratch... where to start, what's my progress, can I automate any of it? Past that, having experts to consult with along the way, at any time, is phenomenal. They're all very knowledgeable and customer service oriented.
What do you dislike about the product?
There were no major obstacles we encountered. We achieved SOC2 Type 2 very early in our company's history.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Achieving SOC2 Type 2 was critical for customer acceptance as a startup. The automated integrations is massively beneficial, as you know your compliance status at any time. If infrastructure or processes change at any point, you can validate those against the Secureframe integrations without any additional consulting.
