SecureFrame has helped us every step of the way!
What do you like best about the product?
When we started with SecureFrame we were completely at square one. They met us where we were at and guided us with templates and suggestions. They answered every question we had.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I would experience glitches in their system; however, every time I reported a bug, they were already aware of the issue and working on it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were new to SOC 2 audits. They ensured we were audit ready!

Overall effective and supportive with the customer service team
What do you like best about the product?
Hours saved—for you and your team – Secureframe streamlined every step for you, automating hundreds of manual tasks. We assisted in fetching your vendor data and your employees easily onboarded themselves through our seamless workflows, saving you both time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the jargon was hard to process and a learning curve. I think it would have been helpful to have a clearer appendix to give a framework and context to tests.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secureframe is a service that helps identify, log, manage, and streamline operational and security protocols.
SOC 2 simplified
What do you like best about the product?
I like that we passed the SOC 2 audit and our compliance manager, Jonathan Leach, made sure we didn't waste time with unnecessary changes in our efforts to get compliant.
When we were deciding who to work with, we spoke with Drata, Vanta, and Secureframe. Secureframe was the only company with security experts we felt like we could trust. Pair that with their simple buying process and transparent pricing and the choice was easy.

What do you dislike about the product?
The product still needs to be cleaned up/polished around the edges and some of the integrations could work better, but my understanding is that this is a priority of theirs and they have been making progress on it (it seems like each time I login I see new improvements).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I didn't even know where to start in working towards SOC 2. Secureframe made it easy to get started, workin towards being compliant and continuously monitor/document our compliance processes and procedures.

What do you like best about the product?
The initial setup process was easy. The customer service team is amazing and has been very supportive throughout the entire process.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to dislike. There were a lot of questions when starting a SOC 2 process, but the customer support team goes above and beyond in providing help with each step.

We are using Secureframe to obtain our SOC2 certificate. Secureframe provides our company with the organization to maintain compliance.

Streamlined way to get SOC2
What do you like best about the product?
SOC2 requires quite a few mundane tasks to be executed and also kept current. Secureframe provides a guided flow to execute the soc2 tasks which makes the initial set up process easy and also helps with the auditors
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much to dislike. When starting a SOC 2 process, there are indeed quite a few questions. Secureframe customer success and support team provides the needed guidance to help with the process steps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using secureframe to get our SOC2 certificate. Glad to say we prepared for our auditing time within about 10 weeks. We are also using secureframe monitoring to keep us going on the process steps
SOC 2 for non-IT managers
What do you like best about the product?
The best part is that we passed our audit with Prescient on the 1st try! No remediation needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Communication. Our point of contact at Secureframe was very kind, patient and professional. She always followed through, and I could count on her to follow up after our phone calls. However, it was clear from the beginning that we weren't speaking the same language. We didn't understand the terminology she used, and vice versa. I am not in IT, and throughout this process it felt like there was a language barrier. When we'd ask questions, she'd go to her engineers for help, and then forward us their exact responses. We needed someone who could understand our questions, and translate between us and engineering. Instead, it often created more confusion, and resulted in longer time frames. Toward the end, I'd have to ask for the same thing multiple times. While she was timely in her responses, they were almost always wrong on the first try. I would have to clarify more than once what I was looking for.
Also, we chose Secureframe because the person we initially spoke with recognized our simple system, and said the SF team would help us determine which sections of compliance we could skip over because they don't apply. For example, we don't house our own servers, and we don't use a cloud infrastructure. However, when we started working with our account manager, she was adamant that every section needed to be completed. This was highly confusing, as there were times when we simply didn't have anything to add as evidence. When we finally got to our practice audit, they removed several sections, and told us that they were unnecessary. Had we known that, we could've completed this process weeks earlier.

We simply needed to gain SOC 2 Type 1 compliance so we could continue serving some of our clients who rely on us for website hosting and development.
SecureFrame is such a game changing product for companies trying to achieve compliance.
What do you like best about the product?
Secureframe integrates with literally every product in our tech stack. It aggregates all of the tasks for each compliance framework and manages our assets, personnel. It's basically a swiss army knife for SOC2 & HIPAA compliance.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much I would complain about. Secureframe is a newer platform and like all newer products, there are some bugs but nothing that takes away from the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Secureframe to achieve SOC2 and HIPAA compliance. The biggest thing Secureframe provides is the organization and plan to achieve compliance. We can easily monitor and secure everything in our network.

Make sure you are ready as an organization to engage with Secureframe. The platform allows you to move quickly.

Nothing. Only that Secureframe was around earlier (or I didn't know of it earlier!)

Easy to use, helping us ask good questions
What do you like best about the product?
I didn't really know where to start in working towards our SOC 2 report. It's a large undertaking, with lots of different parts. Their system has made it easy to get started, and continue working away at producing evidence piece by piece. Their customer success folks help by answering questions and keep us on track with our progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of their integrations could use some work, with weird refreshing steps required to get thigns in sync.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're working towards obtaining a SOC 2 report, they've been incredibly helpful in this work.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
All the players in the space offer similar integration sets, look at exactly what you need, and the help the company offers. Our customer success person has been fantastic at keeping us moving.
