Seamless SOC2
What do you like best about the product?
Secureframe Team software are professional experts who helped us navigate through all the edge cases of SOC2. We were able to get to SOC2 Type 1 certification under 3 months.
What do you dislike about the product?
The software is still young and missing some integration but Secureframe is working hard to add them
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were able to get to SOC2 Type 1 certification under 3 months and close new customers since then.

Made getting SOC 2 Type 1 so easy and saved us hundreds of hours
What do you like best about the product?
Secureframe’s platform made getting our SOC 2 incredibly easy and saved us easily hundreds of hours of time and resources. I loved how the product helped streamline a lot of the evidence collection process as well as providing security awareness training, policy creation, and vendor management. It literally did almost everything we needed to get SOC 2 compliant. The integrations were great in pulling in evidence from our existing tech stack, which helped save a lot of time for us. Finally, the team and support is exceptional! Anytime we had a question, they were always there for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Secureframe does significantly help speed up the process, you still need to take the time to read over the policies, and set-up the integrations properly. But, the team is there to help support you through it and answer any questions you have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secureframe helped us secure our SOC 2 Type 1 in no-time, which was huge for unlocking some of our enterprise opportunities and moving along deals. Plus, it helped our company clean up our security posture as we continue to grow and scale.

What do you like best about the product?
There are a number of things I liked that I'd like to call out. First, the product and the integrations were great in really helping my team save hundreds of hours from collecting evidence, creating policies, and it was really easy to manage the entire process within the platform. I liked that Secureframe used a direct integration approach with our tech stack versus having to install an agent that we'd have to maintain. Second, the Secureframe team provided fantastic support from onboarding, to answering compliance related questions quickly, to being with us through the audit itself. The combination of customer success and compliance managers really sets them apart from other options in making you feel like you have security experts with you.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike - we needed SOC-2 to close more deals and Secureframe helped us do it quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed to get a SOC 2 report to help unlock our enterprise customers. We were going through SOC 2 for the first time so we didn’t even know where to start or how to prepare. Then we learned how tedious the process was from all the screenshots and policies needed. Secureframe made the process incredibly easy. They easily saved us hundreds of hours of time, their compliance experts clearly explained all the tasks required to get SOC 2 compliant, we were able to get SOC 2 ready in a matter of weeks which definitely would’ve taken us significantly longer without Secureframe.

The security process can be challenging and only a few can understand what's really going on.
Secureframe handled it in a way that I can easily follow along.
It's simple to just connect your accounts and get a birds-eye overview of your security practices.
They automated every step of the way, onboarded my employees, and made me feel like I'm in the know.
Their support team is remarkable and I got coaching and help with the set up process as well with other things that "weren't on the menu"
Thanks to them my organization got ready for SOC 2 Type I super fast, and my clients are happy.

When you sign up at first, it's hard to grasp what they do vs what is going to be done in an audit, but it's mostly because I didn't understand what those security practices entail

I can do business with clients that security is top of mind.
Powerful and integrated app, very helpful team
What do you like best about the product?
The application platform is easy to use, easy to understand and powerfully integrated with the majority of tools we utilize. This made the tool very valuable for us and helped us obtain a SOC 2 Type I compliance report. We will continue to use it for Policy Management and onboarding new employees. Aside from the tool itself, the support/implementation team is extremely helpful and takes a white-glove approach to helping answer questions and getting you where you need to be. Great tool, great team.

What do you like best about the product?
We do not have experience with SOC 2 compliance, and the whole process felt quite confusing at first.
Using Secureframe, that process is put into software that guides us through the whole workflow and keeps track of what we still need to work on.
I can also see that Secureframe will help us keep an overview of all our processes, employees, vendors, and more, which we will need to make sure we are always on top of our compliance requirements.
Secureframe will also handle the whole onboarding of employees, including controlling that they have accepted the needed policies and gone through security training.
Using Secureframe, that process is put into software that guides us through the whole workflow and keeps track of what we still need to work on.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some things in the software require help from support, like deleting a vendor we don't use anymore. However, new features are added all the time, so I am sure we will see improvements to this in the future.
And when we need help from support, our contact is super friendly and responsive, and it is easy to handle it over Slack.

We could have done all the same things as what we are doing with Secureframes software, but we would have to spend a lot more time doing it, and it would have required us to have a SOC 2 compliance expert on the project to guide us to what we need to do and when.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Unless you have compliance experts in-house, I am sure Secureframe will be a good return on your investment.

I love how SecureFrame are the experts and know best practices when it comes to compliance. The templates they provide of important documents to become SOC 2 compliant has saved us so much time. Because of SecureFrame, we have gotten deals across the finish line from customers that required compliance.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of tasks that need to be completed to ensure the company is ready for the SOC 2 audit. These tasks are easy to blow off especially as a startup when you're trying to build a product. Would love to see automated reminders telling me which tasks are left to be completed so I can remember to do them.

Seamless product with great service.
What do you like best about the product?
Secureframe has helped made our SOC II process less painful and more manageable. Their product has saved us a lot of time. I'm not sure we could have done it without their wonderful customer service and great product! The Secureframe team was attentive from beginning to end during the whole process. Their guidelines helped us stayed organized and on course. We always knew exactly what was needed and it was so helpful to have their team answer any questions we had during the entire process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their were a couple of minor issues with the product being a little buggy, but they were fixed quickly and resolved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed help navigating the SOC II process. Secureframe helped us tremendously because they know the process inside out and have a great product to help us with it all.

Secureframe has a great team, is super responsive and flexible, and their product streamlines SOC and ISO compliance into a much needed structure.

Not much! Secureframe has been a huge help for us.
