Easy to use as an employee + great customer support
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the software is easy to use and very straight-forward. It clearly showed me what needed to be completed for my company's security requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was one question I had about completing the last step of my training, but I was able to connect very quickly to a customer support rep who answered my question right away and it got resolved ASAP! It had to do with a third-party vendor that my company uses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us keep track of our security policies and training to ensure all users are compliant with the protocols in place.

Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
There is a simple dashboard and getting compliant is checklisted out in an easy way.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's expensive, but comparable to competitor pricing and totally worth it when comparing against the alternative of doing it manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a business, we store highly sensitive data for our customers. SecureFrame enables us to ensure our security is HIPAA compliant. We also need SOC2 for many of our customers and SecureFrame makes the audit process much easier.

What do you like best about the product?
Secureframe streamlines SOC2 compliance with its intuitive interface and comprehensive features.
Exceptional support ensures a smooth experience. Highly recommended for efficient and effective compliance preparation. I like best the dashboard which show the progress and breakdown plus it integrates easily with other platforms such as AWS,Github in which it comprehensively checks what needs to be accomplished.

What do you dislike about the product?
May be just the manual clicking of the refresh button to update the data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secureframe pinpoints the features we need to activate or implement in order to achieve SOC2 Compliance. It benefitted us by streamlining the process.

Simplifies often complex compliance processes. The automation of compliance testing saves resources and hours.
What do you dislike about the product?
None at this time. The implementation was quick and allowed our compliance analysts to begin work immediately.

Reduces multiple inefficiencies in gathering evidence for multiple frameworks.
Premium product with a bright future
What do you like best about the product?
Secureframe takes the guess work out of compliance. It is very easy to get in and start seeing areas for remediation early on. The remediation guidance is top notch and the automated scanning through integrations really cuts down on a lot of the audit work. Every interaction with the support team has been incredible with quick turnarounds and they don't judge me when I ask stupid questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the task and test management pieces would benefit from some bulk operations. It can get tedius when you have numerous items that need the same update. The AI tool for remediation is clearly still in the early stages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are working towards a few different compliance standards and Secureframe is guiding us on that journey.
Excellent baseline, useful automation
What do you like best about the product?
Having a structure approach to ISO 27001 and SOC2 has been amazing! I had been quoted from other vendors roughly 3X the cost in which consultants would be required to generate baseline policies with multiple onsite visits. In our case we had been following 27001 / SOC2 for several years so we only needed to do a gap analysis and upload evidence. Super smooth!
What do you dislike about the product?
The Jira integration is appreciated but very noisy especially in the context of remediating multiple AWS accounts deployed from the same CDK pipelines. It would be really nice to be able to collapse issues so that the remediation team can organize the work as opposed to having a overly detailed punch list.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Proving that our security posture is compliant with standards that have traction in the industry.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the questionnaire automation features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much I don't like. It works well so far. No complaints.

It's soving the problem of completing security assessments and routing them around the company.
Amazing product, customer experience, and customer service
What do you like best about the product?
The team were extremely flexbile and willing to accomodate our needs. The onboarding process was seamless and they made the complicance process super easy to understand and implement. In addition, their pricing was more competitive than any of the alternatives out there.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't really find anything bad to say about them. The process of HIPAA compliance can be arduous and Secureframe made it as easy as possibe.

We used Secureframe for our HIPAA compliance.

Easy Prep; Confidence for your Audit
What do you like best about the product?
Their knowledge base of their ISO and SOC individuals is invaluable. I had 100% confidence in their answers and experience. Their interface makes it easy to show auditors evidence quickly. Customer support is friendly and easy to talk to. Very welcoming. Auditors can also gain access to the company's PrecisePK instance. Good for maintaining our Information System as well. Integrations with our other vendors is helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the features can improve user experience-wise. Although modern and UI friendly, some things like the risk register can be improved upon. Some features clunky and disorganized but could get used to them with time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were unsure what policies to implement. Our original processes were confusing and we were not confident while doing our own research. Secureframe gave us the confidence to pass the audit and everything is centralized in one place, which is super helpful during audit walkthroughs.
