What do you like best about the product?
Cross-browser and device testing is the most helpful and time saving features
What do you dislike about the product?
After generating screen shots ,It shows UI issues but while real-time testing there are no issues seen, this need to be fixed

Real-time testing, cross-browser and device testing in the single platform helps to save time and increases productivity

I did not have device for testing, I can test now with Lambda test
Quick, detailed and reliable browser testing.
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of using LambdaTest is the ability to spin up a variety of browser sessions to test features across older browsers, and other operating systems. This allows for verification of user testing to be conducted efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful part of LambdaTest is the limitations of browsers when using the free plan. I do not mind the time limits as the platform is fast, however, the browser choice could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LambdaTest is aiding in user testing and verification, this means that when either QA reports, customer feedback or general development testing are all able to be completed knowing that real engines are being used.
Good functionality
What do you like best about the product?
Variations of live device types and OS available to test brings great peace of mind when developing websites. No longer having to rely on virtual devices which aren't always accurate.
What do you dislike about the product?
No issues so far with Lambda though it is slightly costly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Testing of websites throughout development. Great to see the sites rendered out on real devices that we don't own in the studio.
Best value for ratio service/pricing
What do you like best about the product?
LambdaTest is for me the best tool for testing websites related to pricing. Many devices and browsers are available on real devices! It's perfect for testing UI regression on mobile or desktop with all web browsers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the navigation is a little slow but it's the same thing in others existing solutions. And the pricing of Web & Mobile Automation is a little expensive for someone who only launches some tests.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lambda allows me to do manual UI testing for detecting bugs before making deliveries.

Price could be lower. With the current price, not everyone who needs it will be able to afford it.

It helps cross-checking my sites on different OS and browsers.

It should be easier to return to a configuration that I've starred or added as a favorite. I cannot click a favorite or history item to, for example:

The hash isn't important, what is, is that right now I need to go to http://app.lambdatest.com/console/realtime/browser, then click history, then click favorite, then tap iPhone 8 (or whatever platform/favorite I want to run). I do this every time I want to spot-check or verify that changes didn't negatively impact iPhones.

I don't own Apple devices. This lets me test on iPhone, etc. I haven't explored automated testing yet.

What do you like best about the product?
Switching from BrowserStack I was looking for another solution that can cover both front-end dev team requirements and our growing QA team needs.
Overall I can say that it covers most of our needs!

What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to have more tutorials for their functions because I'm still able to find something new in their product every time I'm using it. And their LT browser could be much better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our QA team is using it for regression tests. front-enders are able to check everything on different devices in real-time or by schedule. Actually most of the cross-browser development is covered. But we are still planning to stat using automation so it will be much more in the future.
Amazing product if you want something to replace Browserstack!!!

Unique features like Screenshot and UI comparison. Quicker start time compared to Browserstack.

Don't offer really old versions of iOS or Android.

What do you like best about the product?
Real Time Browser Testing. I need to perform cross-browser testing for my job as a freelance web designer. The tool is invaluable to my ability to provide an excellent product to my clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
My biggest complaint is that for some reason the Real Time Browser Testing says I am trying to run two tests at the same time, which I am not. Since my plan only allows for one test, I am in essence locked out from performing any further tests. I have to clear cookies and cache and then wait for an arbitrary period of time before it is resolved. It's very frustrating to a) not know what causes it to occur, and b) not be able to clear it easily.
