Honestly, there are no dislikes for LambdaTest, Pricing maybe we have to think. But service and quality-wise I am really satisfied. We need more devices with different options.

What do you like best about the product?
It is excellent at showing what your website designs look like across browsers and devices. The ease of being able to switch between browsers and devices makes the tool very useful.

There isn't much to say here to be honest. It could maybe be clearer in some of the help documents and the functionality of being able to take screenshots for tests could be better

Amazing experience
What do you like best about the product?
Testing in different devices but mostly on Apple devices. Everything usually works fine for desktop and Androids, but iPhones and iPads has its peculiarities

I had a bad experience with support in the past, but now I just had the most amazing support ever.

Testing on real devices and testing our application for different platforms to make sure everything works as it should.
Great tool for testing you websites on different browsers
What do you like best about the product?
Variety of available browsers and operating systems, and available debugging tools. LambaTest is working fast and the connection with the device is stable. I didn't encourage any technical issues during testing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Choosing of specific browser version would be great. Now we can select an operating system, device and browser, but there is no option to select the exact browser version which would help debug browser version-specific issues.

LambdaTest helps me to test my websites on different devices and browsers that I don't have access to. It also helps debug websites on mobile devices as you have access to dev tools there.
Very good alternative for real device testing
What do you like best about the product?
The tool is very easy to use, intuitive and with a well-organized GUI. Connection times to real devices are acceptable.

Reporting structure for management staff still needs some work.
The integration with the tool we use for bug reporting (which is also the project management tool) is too basic and it didn't work for me.

LT solves the need for testing coverage cross-platform and cross-browsing. The plan we acquired really fits well our needs and this help us manage better the team and testing efforts.
