Support very helpful! In trend with browser updates. Different resolution! Emulator for iOS OS.

Great Website Testing Tool
What do you like best about the product?
We use LambdaTest to test the websites that we build for our clients. Its ability to test across all platforms and browsers is key to making sure our sites perform well on all devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think that I have anything that I do not like about LambdaTest. There has never been a time where I wish it did something better, or where I felt like it was lacking something that I needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to test websites on all browsers, operating systems and devices. It has helped up see issues on websites that we were not able to see on our usual devices.

* User can run multiple sessions (manual) from the same machine.
* The license cost of Lambdatest is lower than other similar tools in the market. Also, it provides a common license for Web and App testing.
* It provides lots of integration capabilities with renowned tools in the market like JIRA, Slack and other PM tools.
* It supports Screenshot API and Responsive testing.
* Lesser turnaround time for adding new device.
* It provides geolocation testing i.e., the user needs to run the capabilities and test the website for the desired location
* The license cost of Lambdatest is lower than other similar tools in the market. Also, it provides a common license for Web and App testing.

What do you dislike about the product?
* Appium Inspector is missing to discover/locate the element.

It enables users to generate full-page screenshots of web pages across multiple devices, operating systems, browsers and resolutions. Users can perform live testing of public or local websites and web applications on various desktop browsers and mobile devices running on different OS.

The platform is excellent, easy to use, different devices for testing.
Himanshu Bisth was always very attentive to my doubts, to explain to me, he even tried to speak Spanish so that I could understand him better.

I don't dislike anything, everything is excellent.

The platform has helped me a lot to find bugs in iPhone and Safari versions, which is what our company needed.

LambdaTest provide cloud execution platform for web and Mobile. The feature that I like it to run your local app code in cloud through tunnel.

No such as of now. This is very amazing tool for any cross-browser testing for web applications.

What do you like best about the product?
1. Their Customer service via live chat. Especially the guy Himanshu who is SDR from Sales Development Team, he gave very quick support and made things very easy for me to purchase a package from Lamba. 5 Stars to his service.
2. The live testing feature is a very easy solution for someone who wants to test cross-browser web apps without having two or more separate dedicated machines.

What do you dislike about the product?
Tbh, Still haven't faced any issue that I can really put here. Overall a very good experience. So don't have anything to write here at the moment. Hopefully, they will keep this up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I wanted to have real-time testing on cross-browser. so for that purpose, I purchased their package. because my testing team can only test on one machine but for remote teams and other teams, I had to buy a team package that can test things very easily with it. Rather than spending thousands of dollars on multiple dedicated machines for each member of the team, I preferred to choose this solution.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a very quick and easy solution for testing. I recommend it to everyone who is running a customized software business to consider this as an important tool for service.

The ability to easily check different browsers, without having to download any, also the ability to check old and dated versions fo the browser software.
What do you dislike about the product?
Personally, I think it is slightly limited for the free trial and a little costly for the 1st subscription.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use them to test customer issues we are finding it hard to replicate on current browsers such as the latest chrome vs legacy.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
be careful and consider what version and browser you want to test first as if you stay on the free version it could take 24 hours for next test not great if in hurry to fix things.
