Does the job
What do you like best about the product?
Lots of available devices/browsers. Cheap. Great customer service.
What do you dislike about the product?
When emulating a device, the framerate can be very slow.
Tunnelling messes up on some devices e.g. iOS cannot load 127.0.0.1 etc.
on some mobile devices, the drag functionality gets stuck sometimes and is always on.

I am a web developer. I use lambdatest to test my websites on various devices.

It's more affordable than other browser testing tools and has similar quality.

LT browser is not always as good as needed.

What do you like best about the product?
For us, it is cross-platform browser testing. We compared it with several alternatives and found it to be the most reliable and best value. It also has a clean UX.

Minor issues such as keyboard preference not applying consistently

Cross-platform browser test coverage. More stable and robust release for more of our customers.
The best tool for testing
What do you like best about the product?
Lambdatest is pretty good for cross-browser testing. Sales and support were helpful when getting things set up. Easily set up, integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no displays of detailed steps of test cases that are defined in the code.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I evaluated several cross-browser cloud providers and we ended up with LambdaTest for their ease of use, quick start-up time and excellent customer service.

The support. INSTANT, and helpful and very ideal technical support provided by lambda test. flawless and fastest as you can imagine.

ive been using it for a few days and i think for starters they it doesnt feel like something is lacking because any issue that comes up either with the setup or integration , is quickly resolved by the team.

The issue of Multiple physical devices solved at once by lambda by creating this platform where we have all the devices we need at a click of a button and automation included.

The tool is easy to install, easy to integrate, the documentation is clear to follow. I always get support from the Lambdatest support team.

What do you like best about the product?
Was able to solve a couple of production bugs because of Lambdatest's virtual device testing. It covers quite a few common iPhone devices as well as a selectable iOS version which made reproduction of the bug very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the virtual device testing is not sufficient to reproduce a bug, and it requires a real device to test. That is a plan that requires an extra charge but it is quite worth it!

Reproducing client-facing issues, especially those coming from mobile devices. Previously, we have used our colleagues' phones to reproduce problems on a best-effort basis.
