Best platform
What do you like best about the product?
I've had a great experience using LambdaTest for cross-browser and cross-platform testing. As a cloud-based platform, it offers an impressive range of real browsers and operating systems, making it easy to ensure website compatibility across different environments.
What do you dislike about the product?
Actually It is paid, and less time for free use.

Best testing tool in the market for their realtime analysis
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about LambdaTest is its real-time device testing, which helps identify specific errors on multiple devices, issues that are hard to detect at once due to limited device availability.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing I don't like is the 1 minute limit on the free tier. It would be more helpful if it allowed at least five minutes per device to gain better insights and use the platform more effectively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem LambdaTest solves is providing access to all devices in one place, allowing developers to identify the same errors they would encounter on real devices. This makes life much easier, especially for developers who regularly face cross-device functionality issues. It's a big plus point that positions LambdaTest as an all-in-one solution.
A great mobile testing tool
What do you like best about the product?
Its standout feature is the ability to test on a vast array of real mobile devices and operating systems, ensuring compatibility across the fragmented mobile landscape. The platform's user-friendly interface makes it easy for testers to set up and execute mobile tests quickly. Additionally, the platform's robust automation support for popular mobile testing frameworks like Appium enhances productivity for teams implementing continuous testing strategies.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like a more detailed course on the tool, despite being easy to use, it would be very helpful to have more official courses available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Help me with the availability of various models and brands of mobile phones for testing.

Any questions or issues we've had were resolved quickly and effectively, making our experience smooth and reliable. Due to its intuitive interface and robust capabilities, our Frequency of Use has steadily increased, and it's become an essential part of our QA process.The Number of Features available is impressive—Automate covers everything from automated test creation to advanced reporting, all while maintaining usability. Finally, the Ease of Integration with our existing tools and CI/CD pipeline made adoption seamless.

The KaneAI tool, showcased during the BootCamp, impressed us with its smart automation capabilities, making test authoring and management intuitive and efficient. The live Q&A sessions with experts allowed us to clarify doubts in real-time, enhancing our understanding of their tools.
The TestMu Conference was another highlight, offering over 60 sessions with industry leaders like Simon Stewart and Debbie O'Brien. The session on “Advanced Playwright Techniques for Flawless Testing” provided actionable insights that we’ve since applied to our workflows. Customer support is helpful, with great Q&A sessions and documentation, but adding more in-depth guides for complex integrations could make adoption even smoother. Similarly, while ease of implementation is strong for cloud-based solutions, on-premise setups for HyperExecute could be simplified for faster deployment. These are small areas for improvement, and overall, LambdaTest has been a fantastic tool for our testing needs.

LambdaTest: Experiences
What do you like best about the product?
It is a good product for testing cloud-based and desktop applications. By providing clear and proper instructions, we can make the LamdaTest to work as required. It is user-friendly and supports parallel execution for desktop application, as well. We have very less open source tools, which gives us that flexibility. It has low maintenance too and accordingly pricing as well
What do you dislike about the product?
It requires lot of set up for initial set up, if it is desktop based applications. LambdaTest cant handle dynamic changes. If there are any dynamic changes, it requires high maintenance. Client and server doesnt support directly, though we have so alternatives still it doesnt work directly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was able to reduce the initial set up a bit for us and helped a lot in parallel execution. But due to performnce issues we couldnt take it further
