Reliable Cross-Browser Testing Platform for QA Teams
What do you like best about the product?
Its ease of integration with automation frameworks like Selenium and Cypress, and the ability to run cross-browser tests at scale on a wide range of browser and OS combinations.
The platform also offers real-time testing on real devices, the integrations with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub, and Bitbucket are also seamless, helping maintain an efficient DevOps pipeline.

What do you dislike about the product?
One downside which I faced is that tests on real devices can sometimes experience slight lags or delays, especially during peak usage times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LambdaTest solves the challenge of ensuring consistent application behavior across multiple browsers, operating systems, and device configurations without the need to maintain a large in-house infrastructure. It allows me to test quickly and reliably at scale using automation, and also helps with real-time debugging on real devices and browsers. By running tests in parallel and integrating with CI/CD pipelines, it significantly reduces the test execution time and speeds up release cycles

Nothing like that you can plan your usage as per your requirements i.e Manual or Automation.

All the bells and whistles without the big budget
What do you like best about the product?
My company switched to LambdaTest after a competing product raised their prices and became too cost prohibitive. It was a very smooth transition from our old product. Technical support and my account manager are very responsive to requests and open to suggestions. My business users are amazed when I am able to easily troubleshoot one of our member's issues with our App using LambdaTest even though I do not process a physical device. I have also used it for all App demos to our business users.
What do you dislike about the product?
In three years of using LambdaTest, I have found no negative issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am easily able to test my company's website for responsive design. Lambda test enables me to record videos and take screenshots to report to the developers.

The speed of execution of Apps in LambdaTest emulators is amazing. LambdaTest offers all types of mobile devices, therefore it is easy to test at one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free trial or free plan have limitations that restrict access to certain features or testing environments. Therefore makes it must to buy the plan.

We are using it for Android App Automation & emulators for manual testing of Apps, therefore reducing the cost to buy the devices. One platform for multiple things makes it a best platform for testers.

What I dislike about LambdaTest is that test sessions can sometimes experience latency or disconnects, especially during peak usage times.

LambdaTest solves the problem of ensuring cross-browser and cross-device compatibility, allowing me to test websites and web apps on a wide range of real browsers, OS versions, and devices—without needing to maintain an in-house device lab—saving both time and infrastructure cost.

Nothing as such I dislike about LambdaTest.

My application is working fine in legacy browser or not. My application should not be accessible certain legacy browsers.

Sometimes the live testing sessions can take a little longer to initialize, especially on specific device/browser combinations. A few sessions also disconnect intermittently, requiring a restart. While the platform is feature-rich, navigating through all the options can feel overwhelming for first-time users. Additionally, pricing for premium parallel sessions could be more flexible for startups or small teams.

Excellent tool for App testing
What do you like best about the product?
We have been using LambdaTest for the last two years for app testing. It saves a lot of time in app testing by providing 500+ real devices in a single place. It is very easy to use. The UI is also very user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
For us it works perfectly. Did not find any issue in LambdaTest.
