Managing your websites' cookies and privacy polic
What do you like best about the product?
Illow is super easy to use, you open the account, configure your URL and with a few settings it adds the banner to your website, collects customer information and takes care of everything related to privacy policies.
he ease of integration is remarkable. Illow integrates seamlessly into my website setup without any problems. The user interface is intuitive and easy to use, making it simple to navigate through its functions.
What stands out is how comprehensive Illow's features are for GDPR compliance. From managing cookie consents to managing user data requests, it covers all the bases. Personally, I think we've solved a major compliance issue with this.
The customization options are excellent. They help a lot.
Illow's customer support has been remarkable. During my brief use, I had a few questions about payment issues, and the support team responded quickly to resolve everything. Personally, knowing that I have reliable support at my disposal is a big plus for me as a user.

What do you dislike about the product?
So far this year that we have been using it, the only thing I didn't like was that once the credit card rejected the payment for the service and immediately stopped providing the service, without contacting me first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Illow easily solves the need to ask the user's permission to use cookies. It generates the banner automatically and allows to configure it according to the needs of the website. It is also very easy for us to publish the privacy policy in it. It solves the English and Portuguese translations.
It is very simple to handle the data consent, and make it really fun to comply with the data protection program.

It is so easy to use. Setting up a new website is a guided process that takes less then 10 minutes.

I've been using the software for about six months and haven't had any issues.

All websites need to ensure that their visitors are informed as to how the website is using their information. There are many free policy generators out there, but since the laws continuously change, it is hard for a person to keep ahead of them. illow allows you to comply with local laws without worrying about featuring out-of-date information.

The only downside to Illow.io is that we couldn't utilize it at least five years ago. Not having access to this tool earlier led to spending a significant amount of time testing and using alternative solutions. Despite this, Illow.io's current performance and features more than compensate for the delay, making it a top choice for modern cookie management.

The number of sites is limited, so if I have a network of sites, I must pay more, however I understand that it is worth it.

Policies are increasingly stricter in Europe and different countries; By having a website we have visitors from all countries, so it is important that you accept the policies to avoid paying fines.

It is very easy to use and can be implemented via a simple code in just any website you can imagine : wordpress, prestashop or custom coded website. Fully RGPD compliant.

Layout customosation is basic, it would be nice if we could customize it more.
Also, Maybe a better "list of cookie" presentation and output possibilité on a custom page would be great.

We use alot of different technologies for websites : Wordpress but also custom coded projects. We wanted a tool which is affordable in price and polyvalent to be used in all our projects. ILLOW solved this totally
