Easy to use, great support
What do you like best about the product?
I recently had an issue with my Illow email account and was delighted to discover their helpful support team. They were responsive and worked remotely to quickly identify and resolve the issue. Furthermore, their user interface and user experience are consistently good. The configuration process was also relatively easy. I highly recommend Illow for anyone needing reliable customer service and a reliable service.
What do you dislike about the product?
None, so far all is good. At least now I truly don't have to worry about privacy and cookies issues.

it helps my sight to be in compliance to privacy laws

I found this because I wanted a fast and easy way to capture consent from website visitors. Illow is a fully-fledged Consent Management Platform that helps to capture & manage consent obtained through websites to comply with privacy laws such as GDPR, LGPD & CCPA. This simple-to-use software lets you capture consent from website visitors and manage your license.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, none. But looking for options to generate Terms of services and other essential policies.

Nice UI and excellent UX
What do you like best about the product?
I love the clean UI. Good UX, easy to use. Being compliant with GDPR, CCPA and LGPD has never been easier. Thanks to Illow!

Can't think of one thing I don't. It's all great.

I'm not the super technical person but Illow made it easy for me to be compliant.
Great balance between automation & customization
What do you like best about the product?
I like Illow overall and am glad to have bought the LTD. It is an excellent value in my opinion. Illow focuses on ease of use, ease of implementation, and automation. It does that part very well! It has just enough options for customization too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Regarding customisation, it chose to be less comprehensive. It has enough options for me (like the basic design customization options, adding custom policy pages, etc.), but would be great if there would be more advanced options available (like manual cookie adding, more customization options for front-end/privacy pages/... )
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quick & easy implementation of a cookie consent tool. It is ideal for SME's in my experience.
Super easy and yet Pro cookie consent creation tool!
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use! All is automated. Just enter your domain, and Illow will scan it and produce a fully created cookie consent within a couple of minutes. All you have to do is grab the code and paste it into your site or use their WordPress plugin.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of any Cons of the product. Only Pros so far. The product does what it suppose to do. The only thing can be improved is to have Data sources settings a global settings instead of per site

No messing around with creating codes and content. With Illow you can even create also a Privacy policy automatically and easily and professionally to protect yourself from any legal issues pertaining to privacy regulations. You can also easily generate a privacy content and pages.

If you do business in the European Union a cookie consent for GDPR is a must. There are many tools on the market but most of them just display a banner. The greatest thing about illow is that it gets the cookies you are using automatically.
