A Good Application for Managing Data between cloud and enterprise systems.
What do you like best about the product?
IBM App connect is a very good application which helps our company to manage the data between cloud and enterprise systems.It gives us the chance of developing apis and microservices through app connect.It is very easy to unite the data from various applications and develop microservices and apis and that too in realtime.These are the best things about ibm app connect.It also helps us to setup events on certain conditions and helps us to react on it automatically.Apart from this you can also share the data between applications with much ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have nothing to dislike about ibm app connect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main business problem that I solve using ibm app connect is the problem of developing microservices and api's and also create events which react on certain conditions on realtime.I use it for the projects when we have lot of data from various applications to manage.It is impossible to manually do it.Instead I use ibm app connect to do that automatically and securely.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend using ibm app connect because it gives you the opportunity to develop application microservices and apis with very much ease to handle the data.The problem of handling large amount of data is so much problem in the industry,so if you want to solve this problem and create a shareable microservice so that the data handling becomes much more ease Than I think ibm app connect is perfect for you.And so I want to recommend ibm app connect to you.

What do you like best about the product?
IBM App connect is a data and application integrator by ibm.It provides various services which are not only good but best in their segment.All the services are protected and secured and follows industry and global compliance standards which is a good thing.It enables you to connect various applications and data with each other saving your 60% of the time by automating the tasks through app connect.Using App connect you can use more than one integration styles to integrate everything into a single api.You can also share the data through that api which is best about ibm app connect.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have nothing to dislike about ibm app connect as of now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use ibm app connect for integrating application data and sometimes transferring data within applications through ibm app connect.It helps me to choose the integration styles and rest work of integrating data is done automatically.It also helps us tho handle near realtime data and also it generates a api for the data source which can be shared easily.The main advantage is that we can integrate cross platform data with each other so we use ibm app connect.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend using ibm app connect because it serves as a integration service for our applications and data.It also follows various industrial and commercial privacy standards such as CSA Star which is one of the main reasons to recommend it.It allows you to integrate data from cross platform and also share that data amongst applications.It has so many benefits for a reasonable cost
Develop single API for your multiple source data
What do you like best about the product?
I like many things about IBM App connect.The application serves as the best source for developing single api for sharing data to intranet or internet clients/applications.It also helps you to integrate whole data and use it for your own application.It serves to save your time and manage resources through app connect really saves a lot of time which you can spend on actual development.Developing api is very easy because most of the thing is automated.It serves good for simple SaaS applications as well as complex applications.So I think it is best application for developing api for data.
What do you dislike about the product?
GUI is little hazy and needs to be improved.Rest all is fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use ibm app connect for many solutions of my project.I use app connect for managing data resources and generating api for the data because we get large scale projects and to handle data for such projects where data may be from multiple and varied sources we need a solution to integrate all that.for this I use ibm app connect because it is easy to handle and most of the things are automated.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The main reason for recommendation that I think is that ibm app connect is comparatively cheaper as compared to similiar services and also provides you a trail version for testing the service.The other thing for which I recommend is that using ibm app connect is much easy and developing api through it is also very fast.The most of managing resources is done by app connect,you just have to select appropriate options according to your need.So its worth trying it.

What do you like best about the product?
IBM App connect is a service which helps us to perform cross cloud and premise data integration.This integration can be done using various integration styles which totally depends on the requirement of the project scenario.The best thing that I think about ibm app connect is that it helps you synthesize api from the cross cloud and premise data integration which lets the client receive the data in single stream.Also it has many other usages and can be used with simple as well as complex systems.

The cost is high and so this service cannot be used with small size projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use ibm app connect for my large scale projects when our projects require the data to be in a single format and in single source.The ibm app connect api helps us to do the same with so much ease and comfort that we have decreased the time required to manage data resources to very much extent.So it is a helpful api service.

Reliable and easy to use service for integrating services !
What do you like best about the product?
i have been using IBM App Connect for 1-2 years as an ESB( Enterprise Service Bus ) , i must say it's one of the most helpful application for developing API ( Application Program Interface ) without writing a single line of code , in the IBM App Connect we need to specify event triggered work flows and it's really easy to create event driven flows for your application in IBM App Connect , and after setting the work flows we can easily able to automate the work flow rapidly , for this you simply need to select select source application and target app with all the actions an triggers , it becomes very easy to create consistency of your data which easily syncs data from various business applications easily and rapidly ! !
What do you dislike about the product?
everything is very good with IBM App Connect , it's a great service but you can say it's little bit difficult to use and also they are charging high for the services ! !

we've been using IBM App Connect for developing integrations with other business services and data sync ! !

it's one of the most reliable tool for rapid application development through which it becomes so much easy to automate the work flow and integration with other business applications , but pricing are little bit costly when compared with other services !
Satisfaction with IBM App Connect
What do you like best about the product?
The pn-premise setup of API connect is very easy compared to Apigee. Also, API proxy development also has been made easier. The support provided by IBM team is 24x7 and try to solve the issue as soon as possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is some learning curve needed since some of the needs to be done manually.,Also has the development and transformation capability is not that great. The authentication features are no way near to CA API Management. The GUI needs improvement. And, above all its price is high compared to other services.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company uses IBM App Connect for sharing business APIs to external consumers and other child and partner companies. Since it provides an integrated platform for running, creating and managing APIs all in secure manner. It also comes with built-in IBM App Connect Professional.This aids us in keeping track of data and maintaining security.

IBM is one of the market leaders in Gartner's report.Any company that uses datapower as the gateway can integrate IBM Connect API to their ecosystem easily.It's better than its competitors hence expensive but worth every penny.

i have been working on IBM App Connect for 2-3 years , it's one of the efficient solution for making rapid business application using IBM App Connect , if you don't love to code very much and want to develop API ( Application Program Interface ) it's the best possible solution to you because using it you can easily able to develop application just by using event - driven work flow diagram , which has very easy user interface and very user friendly too , it provides you a brilliant dashboard from which you can navigate between different services very easily and interactively , the most important thing about the IBM App Connect is that you can very easily able to connect it with salesforce ! !

the cost is little bit high and other than this everything is very helpful and useful ! !

There are many things that I like about IBM App connect because I have used it for a long time now.The best ones are its capability to scale up easily,transfer data between offline servers and clouds easily,use various integration methods to integrate the data from various sources and above all you can use all the data you have to convert them into a single sharing api.It also helps you access augmented intelligence which is the best thing about it.

IBM App connect is a data service solution provided by ibm.It is the best service in this segment that I have used till now.I have very great experience in using this.There are many of its features which I like about it.One of it is that it helps you to create a api of the data and share it to the other organizations in a secured and controlled mannner. I at my company handle the data resources for the project managers and my role is to provide data required for their applications more efficiently,We get clients whose data is distributed among-st various platforms,now I use ibm app connect and gather all the data into one and then provide that to the project managers to work on.This reduces their efforts of converting and preprocessing the data as whole piece of data comes from a single source.
