What do you like best about the product?
It’s their precision in audience segmentation and the detailed metrics that enable personalized and effective campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's that its interface can be a bit complex at first, and some advanced features require a steeper learning curve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CleverTap helps us solve key problems such as:

Lack of personalization: It allows us to create specific campaigns for segmented audiences.
Low retention: With detailed analytics, we optimize strategies to keep users engaged.
Difficulty measuring results: Its clear metrics help evaluate and improve the impact of our actions.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about CleverTap is that its user friendly. One can learn to make journeys and execute the campaigns in short span.
The Analytics helps us to review the trends and act quickly to do moment marketing.
The Support and tech team are really very helpful and supportive, as they will not only help you to set up the integrations, but also suggest more ways to use the capabilities of CleverTap in efficient manner.
We use the platform daily to monitor the trends and the preset templates have helped us to turn around things with ease and quickly
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no downsides as such but room for improvement.
I would like to give below recommendations:
1. The product should be customisable based on the industry requirement
2. Analysis can be further refined to help users deep dive into data. E.g. Funnel and flows can be further deep dived to understand exact drop offs
3. Error prompts incase of any issue in the campaign to resolve in real time
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CleverTap is helping us to understand the user journey and mapping the points of interaction and dropoffs.
We are able to reach out to the users based on their activity.
E.g. Targeting the Cart abandons and giving them real time offers with web exit intent,
Sending personalised news based on their interest and activity to engage the users

What do you like best about the product?
I like the amount of data we have available about users and how we can use it to create and optimize engagement campaigns and turn data into sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
The things I don't like are more about usability, sometimes segmenting can be complicated because you can't use two filters at the same time, sometimes simple things can't be changed, I feel it needs more customization and another thing could be more intelligence to create campaigns and journeys so they are not so manual.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clevertap helps me get sales by tracking all the stages of my clients' purchasing funnel and creating actions for each of them to increase conversions.

What do you dislike about the product?
Don't have anything specific but just a feedback, some users may find the platform's interface and features a bit complex at first, especially for those who are new to mobile marketing or marketing automation tools. A more intuitive user experience or additional onboarding resources could make it easier to get started.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If user is in between reacharge journey and user drops somewehere then it sends notification to notify user that recharge is still not complete and same kind of experience in ecommerce checkout page.

What do you like best about the product?
The comprehensive analytics of clvertap allowing real time tracking of user behaviour and trends to retain the customers better using features like 'Cohort' and 'RFM' is the best about this software.
Other than this personalisation , usage of AI ,good customer support and ease of implementation as well as integration are the best things provided considering as user of this software.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not about what I dislike but about the improvements that could make the software more reachable to users. One of the major point to take into the consideration is 'Pricing' .The high price somewhat make customers to rethink on the usage of software.Other than pricing for new users learning more advance features may feel challenging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clevertap solves several key challenges related to customer engagement, retention, and growth.

1.Customer engagement and retention - Clevertap benefited me by providing cohort analysis to proactivly engage users for long term loyalty.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to use the platform without requiring any assistance
The User segmentation, Funneling, Campaign scheduling and metrics tracking is extremely simplfied
Even some of the blogs and articles i have come across by clevertap, while doing my reseearch of customer enagement and notifcation engines , have been extremely insightful . Amongst all the platforms i have explored and used so far clevertap tops it all
What do you dislike about the product?
Considering the amount of data captured, Clevertap can do a wonderful work on the visual representation and dashboarding of the metrics which is ready to use for businesses

Scheduling and tracking of marketing notifications for mobile platform, analystics and user behaviour funnels
