Handy Tool for Mobile Marketing and User Behavior Analytics
What do you like best about the product?
It has easy to integrate SDK which helps in tracking every user action accurately. Also it has campaigns feature which helps us in sending push notifications efficiently.

What do you dislike about the product?
It's deep linking integration with Branch didn't work well for us. We faced a lot of issues are still facing it and it hasn't been resolved yet. The customer support from both the products just keep pushing that the issue is not from our side.

A great tool for setting up campaign, analysing and reporting
What do you like best about the product?
The segmentation/analytics helps in understanding the user behavior which greatly impacts the decision-making for any marketing campaign. Steps to set up a campaign/journey are well defined, making it a user-friendly and easy-to-use tool. This is a great tool for anyone to start acquisition or to build a retention strategy for the customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although there is a quick initial response in case any customer ticket is raised, but it takes a little time to resolve queries.
The UI/ functionality in some areas needs more work, such as in the case of journeys and boards sections which could greatly improve the user experience.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating data-driven campaigns for the right set of users. The ability to control the modes and time of channel leads to better customer engagement and hence a better customer life cycle management.

Clevertap is a sophisticated tool, with an ample amount of features to target the right set of customers with different communication channels, and yet its UI is very user-friendly to give an excellent experience.

The ease of creating app notifications. It is actually dumb proof. I also loved the documentation.

The restrictions in journey for recursive paths of notifications.

The customer segmentation and customer base target for customer campaigns .Its a very easy to use and target a specific customer according to their behaviour properties

Functionality related to analytics should be increased more.Even the customer profile upload and customer properties updation should be made easy.

Analysis of customer on various parameters.Sms and email campaigning for various brand relatead promotion and programs thereby lead to customer retention

I would recommend clevertap to every organization who wants to retain their customer and wants analysis of customer on segnentation basis.From sms campaigning to email campaigning it is a great tool to use for.

What do you like best about the product?
Comprehensive Campaigns help to target users precisely with one-time segments or precomputed (Updates every 4 hours) or Live or CSV uploads. This covers the whole base of users in the Best way possible for now.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing structure is based on DRP, which needs to be Company-Data Size based. The bigger the company, the humongous the data retention period & size, hence the pricing needs to be juicy as it was when the Company when a Startup decided upon CleverTap.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Precise user targetting, Higher delivery rates in CleverTap, Brilliant UI for easiest Campaign or Journey or any configuration by a newbie or expert. This truly helps a lot, for the ease.

CleverTap is the Go to Marketing Automation Tool for every stage of a Company. Blindly trust CleverTap to meet all your requirements & more with their Product, Support & Experience.

Its a very easy way to send comumunications to our customers in a very easy to use platform.

Some features are not very friendly like changing something on Journeys and stopping certain activities.

We have already integrated clevertap with our CDC, to make sure that all user actions (which need to emailed/PN'ed/SMS'ed against) are being ingested into the clevertap system.

What do you dislike about the product?
Due to the wide range of features and options that clevertap provides, there is a learning curve involved for all users who start to use clevertap. This is slightly annoying, but overall is a definite value addition.

We manage all user communications with clevertap, and it has proven to be a one-stop solution for all my user communications.

What do you like best about the product?
The easiness of use, the essential features such as Funnel analysis, Cohort analysis, finding segments, and ad-hoc campaigns. On top of it, it's also relatively easy to integrate with our internal software.
The new UI upgrade on the campaign creation really helps me to plan and create multiple campaigns in a more seamless way than before, thus saving my time significantly.

Being unable to export user-level data after engagement, Product Experience feature is still unreliable as well with its user qualification which I would like to see the improvements from

Activation and Retention problems, creating automatic treatments to hit certain segments of our users which lead us to become more productive while more efficient with our time

this is an amazing product that brings analytics with marketing capabilities

Only thing i don't like about CT is the support provided by them, it can be more efficient

Not very useful tool. Slow and expensive
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of creating funnels and segmentation is what I like about CleverTap. On a daily basis, we use segmentation to send out notifications to our users. This is a nifty feature.
We like the feature that clevertap can provide push amplification to the notifications which means it will retry sending a notification multiple times if it fails to render on the user's app in the frst attempt.

What do you dislike about the product?
The tool is very slow. Some internal Clevertap events can sometimes only be used under specific charts like Push impressions event is only available in Events chart and not in trends chart. It is IMPOSSIBLE to edit a saved chart or review if the chart was created correctly. The only way to save a chart is to create a dashboard and you cannot edit it at all except for the date range. This is a basic need and every tool should have it. Amplitude does a fantastic job at this and clevertap should take a few pointers from their playbook.

We use Clevertap mainly for notifications. These are used to drive our DAUs as well as in helping users understand the app. We also use it to make users do specific actions in the app to drive awareness and educate them.

This is a very slow tool. Please review all options before considering as it is quite expensive. Not recommended for a sandhill startup.
