Clevertap is the best marketing tool
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using clevertap for over 3+ years as a marketing tool for our organisation, i have had a smooth and delightful experience using the tool, it helps me engaging my customers on daily basis and helps in marketing automationas well to set my user journeys. The clevertap support team is very prompt and helps us resolve our query's instantly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be more User friedly, probably a better UI & UX. More automation tools & capabilities would be good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clevertap helps me engage with my users on daily basis.

Some older campaigns are displaying all metrics as zero. Not sure if this is a bug.

I have been using the CleverTap platform for over three years to manage push notifications, journey notifications, in-app notifications, interstitials, and marketing emails across two accounts. My experience has been excellent so far.
The platform’s user interface is intuitive, and setting up campaigns or journeys is straightforward, even for complex workflows. What sets CleverTap apart is their customer support. Every query I’ve raised has been resolved promptly and effectively. I also appreciate their well-organized query management system, where issues can be prioritized as urgent, medium, or low. This ensures that critical issues are addressed immediately, which is a big plus for fast-paced marketing environments.

What do you dislike about the product?
In setting up journey notifications, there are no filter on specific "actions" within the event properties under the "user does not do" section in the Entry Inaction condition. I raised this with the Clevertap product team and they have assured that this additional feature is already under development and should be available some time soon.

Clevertap has been one of the best platform for customer retention. Its easy integration inside app makes it most convenient.
Mostly we have came across only 20-30% if its entire capabilities and truly impressed by it.
Push notifications, emails, inapp messages can be easily triggered without adding much efforts in the code. Based on all the notification it sends, the data which we receive and the anaylysis which they provide is truly incredible.
Event the documentation which they have provided is clear and upto the point.
Mostly we have came across only 20-30% if its entire capabilities and truly impressed by it.

There are no such difficulties we have faced using clevertap as a SDK in our app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Handling push notifications easily without doing any hustle makes the platform truly amazing. Otherwise handling services and broadcast receivers can be a bit tedious and even all the performance optimizations have been already handled by the platform which makes our task easier.

What do you like best about the product?
CleverTap is the most powerful SDK that sends personalised push notifications to the users as per their most interactions which is more impactful in increasing customer engagement. Support team is also very helpful. Also a very easy to learn fopr new joiners.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing major issues as of now but data representation is not quite presentable, could be more easy to visualise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In our recharge feature, if user is in between recharge and quits the jounrney, clevertap triggers a push notification if user doesn't complete recharge within 30mins. This has helped us to complete recharge jounrneys which was abandoned by user.

I liked the feature to send messages immediately depending on specific actions performed by users also its simple interface makes it more easy to integrate sdk in app

Nothing to not like but sometime the profile building take more time

Managing the push notificaiton and also if the user leave something in the cart and is about to drop off it many platrorm are unable to tackle but clevertap helped to trigger and send the notificaiton about the same

What do you like best about the product?
I like the functionaliity of sending notification to abandon journey and creating user's realtime profile is also a unique feature. I also liked the feature of showing floating banner on app launch. it is very useful in promoting different products. Tracking user data is also very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now, I have not found any glitches
