Social media management application
What do you like best about the product?
Best for most of the influencers to handle all our social media accounts, all the accounts in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hootsuite is great and best platform for influencers to handle their business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love that I am able to posts simultaneously in all the accounts in a scheduled time.

Best platform to manage multiple social media accounts
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite has been amazing in managing several social media accounts in one dashboard and easy to post and schedule my posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes time to sync my posts in all accounts, after refreshing it works fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to collaborate with others on posts and add them , and notify. Smart platform for the ones who handle personal and business social media profiles.
Hootsuite has been a gamechanger!

Very efficient to use, nice layout, easy to onboard new users

Hootsuite gives us a place to schedule loads of content for our agency & provides unmatched analytics.

I have learned so much from this platform, I also found it interesting and easy to follow along with it.

I don't dislike anything about hootsuite.

It is solving issues/ closing information gaps when it comes to social media.
HootSuite Makes Social Media Managing Easy and Efficient
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the ease with scheduling social media posts and maintaining a packed social media calendar. Utilizing the platform allows me to maintain all of our platforms with ease, providing an efficient experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes links to YouTube for me will not always prepopulate the image on LinkedIn which can require me to schedule on LinkedIn. Since Instagram implemented the 1080 x 1350 specs for the Instagram grid, these images do not preview correctly on HootSuite which requires me to schedule them through Instagram. Improving these features would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it easy for me to schedule multiple social media posts at once, saving an extensive amount of time that it would take to schedule the posts on each individual social media network.
Best social media platform
What do you like best about the product?
I have been working as a Operations associate in PTP. Procurement and creating promotions has been amazing with hootsuite. I have been working with the campaign team from a long time now and this is an amazing experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no downsides as of now. everything is pretty smooth.

We have been mostly using this for analysing the trends for our brands.

What do you like best about the product?
I started using hootsuite in my first marketing role out of university. I found the tool really easy to pick up with minimal support and have continued using it to this day. I've even gone on to help colleagues who are new to the tool.
Overall working within a small company it is an amazing tool for scheduling posts especially for when I'm away or other obligations come up helping ensure our social media channels don't get neglected.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I have had problems with things certain connections to social media. When I have had issues the customer support have been able to assist me but can be annoying when it happens. Sometimes this may not necessarily be Hootsuite's fault as it may be caused by the platforms themselves.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite has helped me stay organised keeping all of our social media platforms in one place. It makes scheduling posts a lot easier and can help keep our social media strategy on track during busy weeks.
It's also been very useful for keeping track of engagement and seeing what posts and content perform the best.

Using Hootsuite for years across clients
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to use and saves a significant chunk of time when you're scheduling content regularly or with multiple clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you are using more than one page from the same social network, the content has to first be scheduled and then edited separately—if you have, for example, two Facebook pages, you are essentially forced to create duplicate content instead of being able to tweak the content per page like you can per social network.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly time saving—it saves me having to log in to different social accounts and pages as I can do it all in one place.
Quick and easy SoMe Marketing and Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
The clean look of the platform, and being able to easily navigate through the different steps. It has made it easy to implement the learnings from the platform to internal reports.
It's a platform that is used on a daily basis by myself, and I'm working on getting it the team onboarded with ease. While working on this, I have contacted support multiple times and they have always been friendly and helpful. When a feature hasn't been available they have always made sure to ask me if I want to make a request, provide questions, and add that to the list of requests.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sadly Hootsuite has yet to implement Bluesky into the platform, which makes the usage of a external app in streams necessary.
As a gaming company we are also in need of understanding platforms like Discord and Steam reviews on our store page, which are both not available right now (Steam discussions are available).
Then there are other API related restrictions from the SoMe platforms themselves which is making the work annoying at times.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to schedule content, save templates, and better understanding our SoMe presence is beyond great to have when working with SoMe. It has allowed me to better understand what's going on through Inbox 2.0, making sure that content goes out at different times and for several platforms at a time.
Hootsuite for Social Media Post Scheduling and Planning
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of scheduling post and AI integration that suggests captions and posting time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, nothing I dislike about Hootsuite. They recently changed there UI and I love it! :)
