What do you dislike about the product?
The ability to tag content is nice but it would be even better if we could tag based off Ai analyzed reasons.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving our ability to communicate quickly with our customers. The ability to filter into specific channels and types of replies speeds up our first response time.
