Fabulous program
What do you like best about the product?
All my customers under one interface. Everything works (so far ) and all at an incredibly affordable price. If something doesn't work as it should, the competent support is immediately available.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am still missing the function to shut down the PC after a backup.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Management of all customers in one central location - well solved.

MSP360 is a sophisticated Enterprise-level backup system provided at reasonable cost
What do you like best about the product?
MSP360 agents are easy to install and configure, and their management console is web-based and easy to use. The system is very economical.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would not say I dislike this aspect, but MSP360 is so sophisticated and the technology so cutting edge and continuously developing, that I spend a lot of time opening tickets to understand how to configure their latest iteration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Other competing Enterprise-level backup systems are more expensive and involve a lot of time to get started with.
at last- cloud backup for everyone!

The service - simply amazing, everyone is VIP!

I wish there options to back up with one click button.
There should be more all-in-one storage
like the one-click backup on Wasabi or HAQM that they offer.

Great and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use. Easy to implement and the support is great. We use this every day to backup multiple servers. Intergration is great and number of features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes slow to load. However, there is nothing to hate

The desktop backup software is really easy to use.
What do you like best about the product?
The desktop backup software is really easy to use, I didn't have any problems so far. Backups are set up within minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't have any problems yet! Maybe the UI could look a little bit better.

Full backup of all of my desktop files.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and overall working. If something isn't working, their support is very respnosive and quick.
What do you dislike about the product?
We've gone through some bugs on the Mac side but those are resolved after an update or so. Annoyances but something that may be expected.

Backing up our end users data is very important and to be able to control it from anywhere with just a couple clicks of a button. Reporting is also huge.

One downside of MSP360 Standalone Backup is its complex pricing structure, which can be difficult to navigate. Additionally, the interface could be more user-friendly for beginners.

MSP360 is the sleeper backup product that every organization should consider.
What do you like best about the product?
We love how easy the software is to deploy, configure, and troubleshoot. They are also continuously adding new features and improving the product overall. MSP360 Managed Backup has quickly become our one stop shop for customer backups whether its a simple file backup to image, VM, or even Google Workspace or Office 365 integration. As an MSP the central dashboard is of daily use to use to see all our customers backup job status in a single, easy to read page. The product truly is a hidden gem for its price allowing you to easily integrate most 3rd party cloud storage providers and with its quick install and simple installation.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only problem we currently have is that the user facing API for the management portal is currently incomplete. We are working with customer support on this so that we can automate account creation for our customer onboarding process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For us the biggest thing is being able to see all of our customers in a single spot without the need of checking in manually or relying on email alerts. Over the years they have continued to improve the product by adding new features and capabilities and we've found MSP360 cover 99% of what our customes need whether its a simple backup on a server or workstation all the way to VMware or Office365 backup, they have us covered.
Great Product and Customer Support
What do you like best about the product?
MS360 managed backup service is a seamless product for any MSP. Its features and capabilities make a great product for business use. It has many features for a MSP to deploy with managed backup, RMM and connect takes the guess work out from managing an environment with servers, desktops, laptops..etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like a better portal or a GUI that can be managed from a desktop without having to sign in to a web portal. The expiration of the web login can get a bit annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easily set up multiple backups that run daily weekly and monthly with forward incremental, image-based, consistency check options and other features. Also, has the capability of remote management and connectivity to perform task on remote computers
