What do you like best about the product?
Zuora is Enterprise application is easy to use and track the order and assets of product ingrtated with other cpq tools

more feature need to configure the products

A pretty good experience in viewing mode
What do you like best about the product?
The calm layout, no unnecessary shapes, buttons, colours or pop-ups. The fact that the Back button on the browser is enough to get you on the previous page without closing what you are viewing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The menu on the left, I never use it, it takes you out of the Account you are looking at and exits you completely. I wish I had more access to the payment details, not just "Processed", "Posted", and "Error", but this might be the settings of my profile by the company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It shows the Invoices, Subscriptions and their details; it's what I generally need for my job

* we use Zuora billing as source of invoicing about our cloud hybrid product.

the UI, that pretty easy to use and business applications is also easy

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By using Zuora Billing, businesses can automate their billing processes, streamline their workflows, and improve their accuracy and efficiency. This can benefit businesses by reducing the time and costs associated with billing, improving their cash flow, and enhancing their customer experience. It also allows businesses to easily upsell and downsell products or services, as well as manage complex billing rules and usage-based charges.
Great for enterprise management, but a beast to maintain
What do you like best about the product?
It was able to automate much of what we needed for subscription management, revenue cycle, revenue recognition, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was a constant challenge to have our internal teams work to make sure everything was setup correctly with Zuora. It was also pretty pricey, and the teams we worked with were scattered/unable to help often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Revenue recognition, future amendments for change of subscription periods. Creating and managing products/pricing integrity.
Easy to navigate, Give accurate data
What do you like best about the product?
I get a lot of assistance from Zuora, especially with data extraction. I can complete my assignment ahead of schedule because the data is accurate.
What do you dislike about the product?
For me, there is no downsides in using the Zuora Billing.

Giving accurate data, user friendly. With this, I can finish my task ahead of time.

What do you like best about the product?
Though it's a traditional billing system, it's clear, user friendly UI, easy maintenance for invoice creation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, server would be down and upgrades are not flexible for changing builds while intergrating across platforms

Customer accounts are captured from integrated salesforce system which my current uses.

What do you like best about the product?
Zuora is billing subscription based platform which is robust and felxible paltform. It provides outstanding technical and customer support and it will hold your your hand until you're finally issue got solved.
Zuora is integrated with salesforce so quote can be made in salesforce and will automatically create subscription with Zuora. Zuora have incredible interactive learning center and get different badges on Zuora certifications.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes get frustrated with how to deal with how it send to zuora biling but for the most part I don't have much to complain about.

Zuora Billing is a subscription management and recurring billing platform that offers several solutions to help businesses manage their subscription-based services.
Flexible subscriptions management, automated billing process, revenue cognitions and reporting. We also make our own Self service management tool for clients to get all details in one place and check their own subscriptions due or payment or deadline data reacted to their own subscriptions

Zuora Has been one of the best decisions we have made for modernization and localization
What do you like best about the product?
We like that it is designed for both corporate-level accounting as well as consumer-level billing and it is already audit ready. We also love the additional modern payment methods that it brings to the table for our consumers with the likes of apple pay, google pay, and amazon pay, you can nearly take any and all forms of payment with proper integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that could use improvement is the integration with our existing custom in-house billing systems. The integrations with backend processes to facilitate subscription creation, cancelation, and extension have taken longer than expected. That being said the zuora team is responsive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zuora is simplifying our corporate accounting and we are now able to apply the correct taxes localized all over the world and we are able to accept new forms of payment from different modern payment systems, like google pay and apple pay and amazon pay making our subscription accessibility easier.

The ease of finding the exact information you need has been crucial for me to diagnose customer issues

Changes and implementation do require pretty significant technical analysis and skill set
