Moengage behavior in real time !!!
What do you like best about the product?
Moengage provides companies with the analysis of the behavior of each customer, to understand them in a better way to retain them and delight them with the right information. You can establish personalized communication with each client on the web, on your mobile and by email. Its interface is simple and allows you to navigate without problems, it is easy to configure, we must also highlight the easy way to create campaigns thanks to the A / B tests that you can perform before and thus not have problems of duplicating the existing variation . You save time and give your entire team work fluency.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our experience has been very good reaching objectives in a very short time, however the templates provided by the platform seem limited to us, they should provide a greater number of templates to have better performance and productivity. It is not a bad platform but it could be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We mainly use moengage to attract and retain our clients and users in general. The tools and functions they provide us are comprehensive and easy to use. We have achieved goals set in a short time and significant increases in sales thanks to the scope that we now generate with the creation of marketing campaigns. We must highlight the moengage customer service team, who are always willing to help solve any questions or problems so that you have the best quality of service. Previously we implemented other more expensive software but the truth is that the performance, productivity and efficiency that we obtain with moengage is unmatched, it is above many. We are happy with the results.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Any company can use moengage, you will have the ability to understand your customers and through marketing campaigns send the appropriate information to keep them interested in your products or services. You will also be able to have a greater reach of clients, save time and give your team work fluidity. The tools and functions are easy to use, in a short time you will know what their use is. Its interface is fully navigable since it is very organized and you will not have any problem with its functionality, we recommend it.

Great delivery rate and fast customer service
What do you like best about the product?
The delivery rate of the campaigns is great. The personalization options in every campaign help improve user engagement. Mo-engage is a recommended tool to improve the delivery/impressions of your app notifications. The new upgrade is really good.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some bugs in designing the OSM. Multivariate testing is also not available with OSM. Waiting for new upgrades for OSM campaigns.

-Customization option along with a fallback feature is very helpful

The platform provides an all in one solution for campaign automation across almost all CRM channels. The interface is quite user friendly and easy to work with.

Monitoring systems could be put in place wherein an issue is highlighted by the platform to the user as soon as it occurs.

The customer success team is solution-oriented and super helpful in resolving issues. Love the ease of setting up campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
It'd be great if MoEngage can enhance its features for AB testing to include variances besides simply changing text across campaigns. There are so many things our team would love to test like frequency of sending campaigns / timing of sending campaigns and we would love to be able to set up experiments quickly and easily.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using MoEngage for my firm from the past 5 months. I must say it has been an amazing tool in understanding user behaviors, engaging them with effective notifications with varieties of Push, Inapps etc. The analytics features have been great in getting insights from it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing as such to be disliked. Though the constraint in days in fetching the data for a specified days has been hindrance sometimes. :) But we understand the intent behind it so it is bearable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For us, engaging user & retaining them is a primary KPI. With the help of MoEngage, we have been able to meet the KPIs target quiet well.

Overall, MoEngage is really easy to use especially for analytics and segmentation even if you have not worked on similar software in the past

Even though it is easy to use, I think in analytics and segmentation there are limitations that might be a bit difficult for me to meet my complex needs.
