Exceptional sales and onboarding for new customers!
What do you like best about the product?
The Zoominfo team has exceeded our expectations in terms of functionality and onboarding support. The best features of the platform so far include being able to see which companies are visiting key pages on our website, being able to update our existing CRM database and automating our go to market business development strategies.
The sales process was top notch (we strive to emulate it ourselves) and the onboarding process helped our team maximize the value from the platform.
Even though we are in early days, the preliminary results are impressive with more qualified sales opportunities in our pipeline.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only downsides I can see is that same as any software - only using a fraction of its potential. We look forward to using more of the features in the near future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us see which companies are already checking out our website and who might be in the market to purchase our services. It also helps us get up to date information on key buyers of our services.

zoominfo is super useful for our organization and have no complaints

critacl details like cell number and mail address is viewed easily

- HubSpot integration and notification to ensure you don't duplicate ingestion of new contacts;
- Insights around who's visiting your websites;
- Generally reliable contact information, including more stable than other "free" options like Apollo

What do you dislike about the product?
- Sometimes you ingest contacts and later find there's no attributable email address, but I've wasted credits on that
- Inability to see a more full list of entities visiting our website
- Targeting tools are not useful for our SaaS vertical due to lack of related search terms

I have used Lusha in my previous organization, compared to that Zoominfo is way better so no dislike

The new exclude option helps me a lot as sometimes its easier to exclude things rather than including them as the number of exclusion is less

We're in a niche industry, so finding accurate data is fairly hard to come by.
Thankfully, ZI has been top notch in delivering data that's accurate while also making it easy to access, shape, and utilize that data through lists and workflows.
Our reps use the browser plugin to import contact/company data directly into hubspot with ease - cutting hours of manual work out weekly.

Honestly we've been really happy with the product, service, and support.
