What do you like best about the product?
The ease of Use and the simple clutter free UI/UX.
I use it everyday and the integrations are helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to lock fields, assignees and is a bit costly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it for the sales and marketing teams for everyday tasks, no silos, great visibility.

What do you like best about the product?
Our team juggles multiple projects and deadlines. Asana has become more than just a task tracker - it’s our daily compass. It helps us visualize what needs to be done, who's accountable, and how everything connects. We no longer have to chase updates through emails or wonder about deadlines; it's all laid out clearly.

I especially appreciate how easy it is to shift between views - Timeline when I’m planning, Board when I’m monitoring progress, and Calendar when I need to see the big picture. Assigning tasks, adding notes, and even automating routine steps feels natural.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really, except on the learning aspect. But once you know how to navigate it already, all you can think about is the productive help it gives to the users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana has helped us solve some of the biggest challenges we faced in managing multiple projects and teams - scattered communication, unclear accountability, and lack of visibility. Before using it, updates came from everywhere - emails, chats, verbal check-ins - and it was easy to lose track of priorities or miss deadlines. Now, everything’s in one place: tasks are clearly assigned, timelines are visible, and discussions are documented within each item. This clarity has improved how we delegate and collaborate, especially when juggling compliance tasks, development milestones, or cooperative initiatives. We no longer spend hours chasing updates or compiling manual reports because Asana shows real-time progress. It brings structure without being rigid and supports both daily routines and long-term planning. The biggest benefit for the team? Peace of mind - knowing that we’re aligned, informed, and moving forward with purpose.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Asana can get to the micro level for projects, tasks, and subtasks. The different views like list or board make it highly customizable and easy to use for a variety of styles!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could sort by ascending or descending project progress percentage. Sometimes the portfolios confuse me as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We really needed a kanban board to see where all of our projects were at as we got bigger. Asana did more than just that and it helps us assign a leader for the projects.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the multi-homing of objects and the way each user can customize how they want to see their work and take control of how they want to manage their work. It is empowering. They also have amazing training resources.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm still fairly new so it might be an education issue, but so far, I'm having a little trouble with all the different domains at my organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is solving our issue of campaigns that utilize a lot of cross collaboration, having a content calendar, the AI summaries are amazing time savers, and highly individualized ways to work.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how customizable Asana is as a project management software. I've used a variety of project management software, such as AirTable and monday.com and what I like best about Asana is the easy to understand UI and feature capabilities. It's a great addition when working on team projects and is a friendly platform to use as a collaboration tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Despite the comprehensive features you get with Asana, one feature that Asana offers is a little lackluster, and that is it's due date task feature. It's not as intuitive and when I want to view incomplete or completed task, there's no option to sort it by alphabetical or latest update. You also can't customize a particular date range of tasks you wish to look at. It's subjugated for certain time periods like "14 days" and "in the last month" and then it sorts itself, but not entirely in last date it was added or last date it was completed by. This makes it a hassle to view older archived tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana benefits me because it offers comprehensive and easy to use interface to easily collaborate with team members and organize projects.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of adding tasks, the ability for collaborators to add notes or photos. Reminders before the deadline.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notifications are sometimes excessive, especially when there are multiple collaborators on a task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps the team know the progress of others on the project and prevents duplication.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can create tasks & see your team members lists, I also like the running rule of putting something in progress, review, or completion so you can see where everybody is at with their work. we use Asana everyday and its been an easy smooth transition.
What do you dislike about the product?
Just learning Asana was new for me but I got the hang of it pretty quickly. I would say the repeat rule is kind of a glitch, it doesn't always repeat the task I need it to for the next week. other than a few glitches & bugs I enjoy asana.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping with work flow and keeping things on task.
