Great Collaboration & Video Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Workplace offers a robust set of tools including chat, meetings, phone, whiteboard, and integrations with popular workplace platforms/tools. It also has great AI features.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a bit of a learning curve with Zoom Workplace and can take a little bit of time to get set up. Some tools are redundant with other platforms like Slack, Teams, Google Meets, etc. Also, costs can increase quickly with add-ons and advanced features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is allowing me to collaborate with remote coworkers and conduct productive meetings. The platform is trustworthy and secure.

Quick & easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to use, especially since I use it frequently for meetings each week.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing I dislike the most has mostly to due with the updates that Zoom workplace requires because it seems to always happen when I'm running late to a meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the ability to meet with individuals that are not on-site. This benefits me by allowing flexibility in meeting with others.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sometimes i need to screen share, and even relinquish control for another user to use my desktop remotely. This is useful and easy to set up. General video conferencing is good too.
Great remote work software.
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is great remote work software - it integrates seamlessly with many apps, such as Google Calendar and Slack. You can also call and chat people directly within Zoom. Zoom also has great functionality for inviting people, vetting attendees outside of your org, breakout room, in-meeting chat, and AI features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any complaints, since I much prefer Zoom to Microsoft Teams or other video conferencing software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows our company to collaborate remotely, since we do not all work in the same physical location.
Rock solid and reliable
What do you like best about the product?
It just works. Simple as. I run many sessions for large audiences weekly and the software is reliable - zero glitches. I can trust that the audio and video are top notch and my content can be understood clearly and easily.

The platform can feel overwhelming for smaller teams or users who only need basic video conferencing.

The Benefit is it saves time and reduces confusion by keeping everything in a single workspace.
The perfect solution to business that are on the go but need to stay connected
What do you like best about the product?
I like how I can meet with everyone while working remotely. It's great for classroom style experiences during training sessions. It's also great when we break off into individual groups.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's a little tricky for new people to use especially if they have bad lighting and need to alter the settings to fix this.

Time savings. Sharing files and notes. All in one place. We are more accountable.

The frequency at which we specifically need to access it.

Zoom is solving the communication gap of time zones and allows all participants to engage at a scheduled time.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the screensharing, the ability how it connects different individuals to work together for the greater good of our institution. We collaborate, and see things best through zoom. Zoom works fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes zoom has connectivity issues, or is easily impacted by connectivity or people struggle using the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We often work on zoom together to resolve issues that are inter-departmental, issues that include multiple people and then we work on managing the gaps. Additionally, we find zoom to be beneficial for our weekly team meetings.
