What do you like best about the product?
good experience while client and candidate video call.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes laggy and it comes with a link to join the call
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
IN a big pool of users it is difficult to share information but text option is best for it you can take an example of a class teacher is teaching a lesson and if someone have to ask question he/she can raise there hand through the option or tab and ask or can type a msg in chat box

Zoom Workplace is a gamechanger!
What do you like best about the product?
The AI companion saves me an invaluable amount of time in note taking, summarizing long meetings that cover complex information or processes. I use this for every meeting that covers process or procedures.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at this time for dislikes! Keep it up!

transcribing complex information from long meetings with multiple stakeholders in ways that are digestible and applicable.

The calling feature is one of the best thing i can say because there is no lag during call and easy to understand and use. My company implemented this tool last year and productivity is also good now. We use it daily and as per opinion customer support is also good if we see other competitors.

Nothing to dislike about Zoom as it offer best workplace.

it is making my life easy as it offers everything in 1 tool, it helps my calender management, calling problems and attending video interview or sessions.
The most user friendly , majorly used and important video conferencing platform for official use
What do you like best about the product?
One of the most easy to use , well organized and frequently used platform for setting up official as well as personal meetings and calls with single member as well as large group meetings with no time restriction and proper audio, video options with additional features like recording and screen sharing as well as remote control over screen options. The UI of the platform is very handy for any beginners and customer support is also very quick and resolves issues.

Nothing as such is there which I dislike about zoom workplace

It helps me to connect and discuss official issues and discussions with clients and coworkers all over the world at any time without any hurdles.

I ABSOLUTLELY LOVE ZOOM WORKPLACE
What do you like best about the product?
The quality is very good for meetings, it's very easy to use, I love the AI features - Zoom is now able to take notes like an actual assistant, if you missed something in the meeting you are able to ask the assist and it provides you a response. You are able to access meetings as a guest, and you can have meeting integrated to your Google calendar. Zoom is my go to app for meetings, regardless of the number for apps there are currently, I've never needed to reach out to customer service, however, they check in to ensure all is well and send emails to introduce the new updates. The web platform is also very handy, and allows you FULL control! I am able to share recoded meeting, view past meetings from myself and team members (scheduled or recorded), share meetings, set alternative hosts, add team members into different group or departments, run reports etc. I use Zoom every single day.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I dislike about Zoom currently. Zoom gets the job done every time.
