Great tool for meetings

Zoom Workplace- Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
It is super easy to use. You can connect it directly to outlook and send off a meeting invite. The ease of integration is the main reason I love zoom!
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislikes really. I haven't had a problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our main problem is that our market is huge, so I can't spend all day in a car driving to someone. Zoom calls are much easier and save us time.
Zoom Workplace - great solution for remote/hybrid environments
What do you like best about the product?
Our organization moved from Zoom video only to the full platform (phone and meeting) after the adjustment to mostly hybrid work environments.
The implementation team held small group training, and provided user instructions. It was surprisingly easy to learn and begin using for daily phone call usage. It can be tricky to set up the right speaker/headset for rings and speaking, but once set, it remains that way.
For group meetings like department or all staff, it is so helpful! We can see everyone, blur or change backgrounds for more privacy of space, have group chats, breakout rooms, and more. Although I am not a user who sets up meetings, it is great that the link integrates with our Google platform email and calendar system.
Overall, it is working well for our organization with employees based in many states and countries, as well as many who travel consistently. It has also saved money on equipment and other fees by eliminating land lines.

What do you dislike about the product?
The updates don't seem to have a warning. Meaning, there are new features or different layouts that are not apparent until joining a meeting. Then it is a challenge to learn them on the spot.

For me, personally, it allows for consistent access to phone calls while working from home.
The best option for conferences and webinars
What do you like best about the product?
It offers a complete and simple work ecosystem for hosts and visitors to join videoconferences and webinars, managing the entire event flow, its planning, registration and participant control, and follow-up after the call is made.
What do you dislike about the product?
The equipment may overheat depending on the number of functions being used simultaneously (virtual backgrounds, camera, screen sharing, etc.), although certainly, the performance is much better than other options on the market.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since the pandemic, Zoom Workplace has helped us maintain close interaction with all team members (in internal meetings or business events), with our clients and distributors (through video conferences), and with our entire educational community through the development of webinars, where through the use of its different interaction tools, it has allowed us to communicate our message in an enriched way.
Easy to use, intuitive format, universally recognized...absolutely my preferred platform!
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has become universally recognized as the preferred platform for audio/visual needs. I use it numerous times a day for work and meetings and prefer it drastically over other platforms. I like all the options it has for background effects and especially the facial touchup features!!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no downsides to Zoom! I prefer it to all the other platforms I use including Doxy!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has eliminated the space between people across the globe! As a medical provider who uses Zoom for telehealth, I can say that it has made an incredible difference in the lives of everyday people by bringing much needed access to healthcare in rural areas which previously struggled to access any care! Its truly been a life changer.
Zoom is great for connecting

I love that zoom allows me to connect with remote workers. It allowed me to feel connect to co workers even 1000s of miles apart. It is great to screen candidates and super user friendly.

The app does freeze a lot. Wish there was more features added I would love if it could add functions where you can take a poll or vote live.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Workplace is incredibly user-friendly and reliable. The video and audio quality are consistent, even with larger meetings, and the integration with calendars makes scheduling and joining calls seamless. Features like screen sharing, breakout rooms, and whiteboards also make collaboration smooth and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest drawback is that some advanced features are locked behind higher-tier pricing, which can be limiting for smaller teams. Also, occasional updates can cause compatibility issues or change the user interface unexpectedly.

It saves time, boosts team productivity, and keeps communication clear and consistent—especially helpful when managing distributed teams or working with external partners.
Simple, Smooth, and Still the Go-To
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Workplace is a powerful upgrade from the classic Zoom we all know, bringing everything together in one seamless platform including video calls, chat, file sharing, whiteboards, email, and calendar tools. It’s easy to implement and fits right into your existing workflow with simple integration into tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and Slack. Despite all the added features, it remains clean and intuitive, making it easy to use every day without feeling overwhelmed. The smart AI features really stand out by automatically summarizing meetings, highlighting action items, and taking notes for you. Video and audio quality are consistently excellent, whether you’re in a one-on-one or a large group meeting. Zoom Workplace scales well for individuals or teams and helps keep everyone connected and organized. Customer service is also easy to reach and quick to help when needed. It’s so convenient and reliable that you’ll probably find yourself using it more than you expected.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Zoom Workplace has a lot of great features, there are a few things that aren’t as helpful. If you’re just using it for basic video calls, all the extra tools like whiteboards, chat, and AI features can feel like too much and a bit confusing. Sometimes the app sends too many notifications, which can be distracting if you don’t adjust the settings. A few useful features are also kind of hidden, so you might miss them unless you go looking. The free version is limited too—you don’t get the advanced features or longer meeting times unless you pay for a plan. And on older computers, Zoom Workplace can feel a little slow or laggy, especially when using more demanding tools like screen sharing or whiteboards.

Working in the accounting industry, I spend a lot of time researching and reconciling items. Zoom Workplace makes it super easy to meet with clients and show them what I need identified by sharing my screen or by them sharing theirs...super handy on a day to day basis to have short meetings
User friendly interface
What do you like best about the product?
From the first time I ever used zoom and didnt know anything about it it was very easy to navigate. I feel like it is very user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes freezes or glitches when you are in a meeting and try to change views if you have many people in the meeting.
