What do you like best about the product?
1. User-Friendly Interface - Non technical user can also understand and navigate easily.
2. Very Smooth and Reliable Performance - Video and audio quality is very good,even you have slow internet connection.
3. Meeting Recording - user can easily record our meeting session completeley without any restriction.
4. Security - User can secure our meeting Using security tools like encryption and waiting rooms to keep our meeting safe.
5. Background Change and Many More professional filters - using this user can use this feature to look professional.
6. Great customer service available to resolve any issues quickly. I used it once when I needed to link my meetings with Google Calendar, and they instantly provided a solution.
Many upsides of Zoom Workspace make it easy to love once you try it.

What do you dislike about the product?
No downside from my side, but one thing I noticed is that it makes my old system very slow. However, it works fine on a new system. In my opinion, it is quite heavy for older systems. Other than that, I haven’t seen any issues with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This solves the problem of remote communication by providing an easy-to-use platform for video calls, chats, and collaboration tools all in one place. This helps me stay connected with my team and clients work efficiently from anywhere, and quickly share ideas and files without hassle. It makes remote work smooth and productive.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom workplace has a Userfriendly design and powerful features to connect remotely. It delivers impressive, high-quality audio and video during a meeting. I am using this platform frequently to get connected with my Counselor for getting admission in foreign universities. I love to use the tools integrated with the workplace, like whiteboard, screen sharing, and built-in chat, to raise concerns during meetings. It includes AI features that help me summarize the meeting. 24*7 customer support is available to assist with problems.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes I am feeling technical glitches during the meeting, and the cost of premium features is high.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using Zoom Workplace for interviews and meetings related to counseling at foreign universities. During counselling, I am using Video conferencing for face-to-face interaction, using screen sharing to share my PPT, with the help of an AI assistant, making notes or a summary of meetings.

It has application on pc as well as mobile phone and tablet so I can use it by one account on any device

I need to pay for unlimited meeting and for ai

A very good and easy to use tool for meetings especially with people living in other places.

So far it has worked well for me only that you have to know how to configure the sound to play instruments in Zoom or because it can generate a lot of echo.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the key features of Zoom that initially won us over was the ability to take control of other participants' PCs. Also, and this might sound a bit childish, but I really enjoy changing my avatar during technical discussions. It acts as an icebreaker for our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
They can do better on streaming quality over a not-so-good Wi-Fi connection…
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If I or other team member is facing an issue, sometimes the easier way of solving it, is by taking over the others' computer. Zoom does that gracefully and I really like it.

Love the features it provides - video/ audio calls with recording (if needed) and breakout rooms are very useful for workshops.

Sometimes it hangs/takes too long to login.

What do you like best about the product?
We started to use zoom during the pandemic to switch from in person learning programs to virtual programs. The zoom app was our preferred option due to the easy and useful functionalities and the option to incorporate engagement features like polls and breakout rooms!

We would like to have the option to add cohost (when scheduling the meeting) that are outside of our organization
