What do you like best about the product?
Very simple and helps me to communicate with people and take online courses and this makes my life very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free version works for about 40 minutes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was when it was used and closed after 40 minutes as I didn't know this and I thought it was a problem, but it wasn't a problem.

It can generate Team Chat replies, create meeting summaries, and synthesize information from meetings, chats, and documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
Though the mobile app is functional, some features that work seamlessly on desktop feel cramped or less intuitive on smaller screens. The mobile whiteboarding experience, in particular, could use improvement.

The AI features genuinely enhance productivity: Teams requiring reliable, high-quality video conferencing with integrated collaboration tools; Consolidating multiple communication tools into one platform; Remote and hybrid teams needing seamless communication switching; and the platform's reliability makes it a dependable choice for mission-critical communications.

Simple to meet up with anyone including co-workers, friends, and family members.
What do you dislike about the product?
Do not like the 40 minute time you have if you don’t have the pro. Makes it hard to have long meetings.

Being able to meet with clients via video that live far away and is easier to meet via video than in person.

Zoom Workplace lets me setup and and run my web-meetings and connect with the people I need to do business with.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that Zoom workplace trys to do more than it needs to and its extensions/plugins market is pretty over whelming and has many useless apps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom workplace helps us schedule and run our online video web meetings. It reduces our planing and scheduling efforts as well as our time outside the office making more efficient our time use.

What do you like best about the product?
Our organization adopted Zoom very early. The product was good from the start - but, Zoom's development is always moving ahead. More features are added on a regular basis - and not just features to add features - things that actually provide a better experience. From adding Q&A to meetings to making webinars easier to use - Zoom keeps making life better for remote meetings!

I've found none - this product is a game changer for us.

For new users or less tech-savvy team members, the learning curve can be steep. Additionally, performance can lag slightly when multiple collaboration tools—like whiteboards, chat, and meetings—are used simultaneously, especially on lower-end devices

The business problems the zoom workplace solving is creating the bridge between human interaction with ai features to access it for free for the past and new users. It benefits everyone to learn and get used to it and get a good outcome from it in the upcoming future.
