Zoom: take the office anywhere
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is perfect when you're out of office and need to keep things ticking over and on track.
What do you dislike about the product?
All of the issues that I had with Zoom have bee updated or are in the progress of being updated. The continuous updates are fairly impressive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work remotely with people and agencies all around Australian and the wider word. Zoom allows me to do business with people that I've never even met---across the other side of the globe---whenever I want.

Best app for official and family meet

It is easily accessible via code without registering. one can use its web meet features also.

I cannot record the meeting for using it later.

What do you like best about the product?
We were able to to get a good deal when we were initially moving to VoIP from traditional PBX.
What do you dislike about the product?
Configuration can still be complicated for some features and Admin privileges are somewhat limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were on a traditional PBX that simply could not be supported any longer. Having a reliable and flexible phone provider helped us transition to VoIP and manage a number of fully remote users. Meetings and screen sharing has also been essential because we don't have the space nor proximity to each other to have physical meetings.

Using zoom workplace has helped promote unity amongst my colleagues. We’ve been able to communicate virtually and save us the stress of driving to work or physical meetings
