What do you like best about the product?
Several options to customize meetings for both meeting attendees and hosts

Some options not available as they are in the web based workplace as it is in the desktop version

Zoom Delivers – A Must-Have for Remote Work
What do you like best about the product?
As someone in sales leadership, connecting with clients face to face is a big part of building trust and closing deals. Zoom has been incredibly helpful in allowing me to maintain that personal connection, even while working remotely. The video and audio quality are consistently reliable, and the platform is easy for both me and my clients to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
It works very well on desktop, and the core features are reliable and professional. However, I’ve experienced some frustrations when using Zoom on Apple mobile devices.
Specifically, the breakout room functionality is limited, I can join breakout rooms, but hosting or managing them isn't fully supported on mobile. This lack of flexibility can be a problem during more interactive sessions when I’m not at my computer. Additionally, some settings don’t seem to work as advertised or are harder to access on mobile, which creates inconsistency in the user experience.

From quick check-ins to full presentations and demos. Zoom helps me stay productive, professional, and connected no matter where I’m working from.
Zoom For Business
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part of Zoom is the reliability factor. It's very stable, and rarely ever experience drop outs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The docking is ok, though I'd prefer to just have it in the taskbar.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a very remote workforce and frequent calls outside of the organization.
Simple Integration, Complete Solutions, and High Adoption
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Workplace was very easy to set up and integrate into our systems and workflows. Our employees and external users are comfortable with the software and confident in their ability to use it successfully. This comfort and complete integration has led to a very strong adoption rate among employees. They not only use Zoom because it is a company software, they use it because they want to. Zoom Clips is a convenient system for getting screen captures that has replaced our need for Loom in most instances.
What do you dislike about the product?
We don't like Zoom's AI implementation. The AI assistant is forced into the home page and can't be minimized or removed at a user's preference. Additionally, it provides excessively long meeting summaries in paragraph form when users really only want bullet points and outlines. Adding the step of downloading a transcript and then using the AI to convert that into a bulleted outline is a burden on our users that prevents them from being interested in the AI assistant. Otter.ai is a better notetaker. While Zoom clips is easy to use, the lack of a n organizational structure for storage of clips is a problem and source of complaints among our users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom workplace solved our Digital meeting space problems during COVID shutdowns and continues to provide ease of scheduling meetings and collaboration with employees who are not always able to make it on site. Interoperability with third party platforms means our Zoom Rooms can let us join Meet and Teams calls easily (though WebEx seems to appear/disappear from the options).
Our users do like Zoom's AI generated meeting action items, but they want them summaries to be more succinct. Zoom has also helped us simplify our tech stack and save money on UCaaS by integrating our VOIP services into the platform.

All of the facets of my work day are built into a single intuitive interface

I often find updates have launched and new features are out there that I dont have

Zoom has revolutionized the way we communicate and has taken over as the single productivity and communication app i need.
Fairly useful, with a few flaws
What do you like best about the product?
User and admin friendly. Very customizable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes licenses are not explained clearly. Phone system and User system should be combined as its not easy to tell if a user is licensed with a phone number without going into both sides when its the same account. Call queues don't quite work on the simultaneous option.

Integration with Microsoft Teams makes it easy for collaboration.

Zoom workplace helps with productivity and it saves time. It is easy to use, and is loaded with great features. The meeting summary is essential!

Currently I have not noticed any downside so far

Zoom Workplace has grown into more than just a video conferencing tool—it's become a solid all-in-one collaboration platform for hybrid and remote teams. The transition from “just Zoom” to a broader workplace suite has brought useful tools like team chat, whiteboards, and scheduling features under one roof, which helps streamline daily workflows.
The video and audio quality remain excellent, even on lower bandwidth, which is a huge plus. The chat functionality has improved a lot and now competes more directly with Slack or Teams. I also appreciate the integrations with Google and Microsoft calendars, which make scheduling and joining meetings pretty seamless.

That said, it's not perfect. Some features—like whiteboarding or the AI Companion tools—feel like they’re still evolving. And depending on your setup, there can be a learning curve or occasional glitches. But overall, Zoom Workplace is a dependable, user-friendly platform that keeps improving. For teams looking for a cohesive virtual office experience, it’s a strong contender.

It solves common issues like disconnected systems, limited visibility into who’s coming and going, and last-minute coordination challenges—especially useful for hybrid teams. By syncing calendars with room availability, hosts can easily schedule and update visitor appointments while providing guests with clear instructions and seamless access. Real-time visibility and chat tools help staff stay informed and respond quickly to changes, and the integration enhances both security and professionalism. Overall, Zoom Workplace creates a smoother, more organized experience for everyone involved in managing or welcoming visitors.
Lovely Communication Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Love how all the communications are bundled together. From Zoom meetings, to creating calendar events to file sharing and chatting.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you don't update the software often, it's really slow and buggy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication on a grand scale. I love that we can hop into meetings instantly.

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to manage from the technical point of view.
What do you dislike about the product?
How fast it changes. By the time you learn about the new version, a newer one is release.

It has solve our problems about video conferencing in general, this was an issue for us in the past because the other solutions needed to much resources to be able to work properly.
