Very easy and very functional
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use and bring a lol of good functions for businesses. I like that it has a mobile app as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was a little bit easier for users to be able to modify their settings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
easy to use with external clients.

Zoom works for me
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom allows meetings to be streamed throughout our different campuses.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have found it difficult to get out of full screen mode.

It has allowed our different campuses to hold meetings online.

It is the best platform for me because my almost all of the deals are done by zoom workplace.

Not for now because almost using all of the portions related to my work

sometimes setting up meetings can be challenging between timezones.

clearly solving communication issues especially with remote and in office clients

What do you like best about the product?
Set-Up, Reusing Links, Automation and ease of use for ongoing connectivey.
I find the connection to always be reliable as long as internet is reliable

Sometimes links expire when not used for a month or so, so resetting up is inconvenient

Connecting with a remote workforce and ongoing training for said team

I love how you can easily sync it with Google Calendar, and create/schedule meetings from within Zoom.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not a fan of the limited chat features within a meeting space.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It really solves the issue we were having with Slack. Poor video quality, and lack of features. Zoom has great quality, and is feature rich.

even if you are outside of the country you can still do meetings

Sometimes it is lagged not because of the internet but because of the bugs sometimes

If we have to do a coaching for plans or for the survey or error we easily do it using zoom

What do you like best about the product?
I am not the biggest fan of teams so when we get to use Zoom it just feels a little more interconnected and smoother on the web I love that I can switch and go in between my phone and computer especially when I am remote.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont like how sometimes the chat goes from one person or responding to one person instead of the group, that's is a little difficult at times.

The importance of not having to go into the office all the time, I can just hop on a zoom call and figure it out, especially when I have a kid at home this is so beneficial in my workplace setting
