What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and setup across multiple time zones and languages.
Able to connect via multiple devices and stable even under limited bandwidth

The unpaid version is limited to 60 minutes
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Has enable me to work with my colleague across multiple time zones and across continents.

Good connectivity but concerns of security
What do you like best about the product?
I liked the connectivity speed and quality, it was smooth and good.
What do you dislike about the product?
There were some concerns about the privacy and security in the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is solving the problem of being far apart from each other and still you can connect with each other with video chatting and able to present with screen sharing.

as of now, i dont see anything which i dont unlike. This is a great software
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Actually we are from technical background, and when customer say there database is not working fine or is not coming up, we used to share zoom link with customers across the globe, talk to them to understand the situation and if required we take the control of their server and resolve the issue. It's a go to software for us when this situation occurs.

What do you like best about the product?
It's an easy interface where a lame user can use it effectively and easily schedule meetings. Zoom is also quite easy to integrate with any 3rd party application. As a professional software engineer, life was not that easy without Zoom for meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
A 45-min meeting for a free Zoom user is the only dislike about Zoom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Ease of establishing the meetings.
2. Quite easy to access the recordings and record the meetings to the cloud.
3. A brief note about the meeting is being directly send to meeting scheduler's mail and that helps to MOM.

Seamless video conferencing, making remote collaboration very natural and professional.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface looks very outdated. Additionally document management is not tightly integrated in it as some of the other tools do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Real time quick remote collaboration - It enables quick video calling with my teammates and external partners likewise. It also helps me quickly share my screen and resolve many of the queries/concerns I might need to share with others either in my team or external partners.

Features like screen sharing, file sharing, and meeting discussions, Zoom Workplace enhances real-time collaboration. This helps to reduces reliance on long email conversation.
Zoom workplace is integrated with calendar which reduce missed or overlapping meetings. Alerts and reminders helps me to remind each and every meeting.

It is very user friendly app , Easy to setup meetings , works even with the low network bandwidth as well

As the features are more it needs a big audience. So not much useful for a small team or less people.

It is very useful for boosting productivity. Communication is very easy. It really helps in saving time and efforts.
Great for webinars + daily communications
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has been our monthly driver for running webinars and connecting for team meetings. In terms of webinars, it's integration with Restream and other third party streaming platforms is very seamless when it comes to streaming at 2+ places at the same time + registration management, backend reports, polls, everything feels pretty great!
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel the UI could look more modern and they can try giving it a totally fresh look.
