What do you like best about the product?
qIt has the simple UI and very user friendly so little technical knowledge will be enough for using this software.
Zoom responsiveness is very good its compatible with pc,mobileand tablets, it has high quality audio and video with poor network also experience is good.
zoom calls are very stable for large group discussion.

What do you dislike about the product?
Whenever i open the link then i have to select zoom desktop app and also when i want to share my screen then the green bottom tool bar always coming that not good user experience
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
its always help me to quickly have meeting and its easy to set up the call with client and i like one thing about this app that is recording

Reliable, Simple, and Still the Best for Remote Teams
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Zoom Workplace is how reliable and easy to use it is. Whether it’s a quick team check-in or a larger client presentation, it just works — no complicated setup, no lag. The screen sharing, calendar integrations, and breakout rooms make collaboration smooth, and even non-tech-savvy teammates can jump right in without needing help. It's also great that Zoom continues to add features without making the platform feel bloated.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike is that some of the more advanced features, like webinars or large meetings, require extra licenses or add-ons, which can get expensive. Also, the chat functionality feels limited — it's fine for quick messages, but not ideal for ongoing team communication compared to tools like Slack or Teams. Lastly, the whiteboard feature could be more intuitive and collaborative, especially when multiple people are brainstorming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace helps solve the challenge of staying connected and productive in a remote or hybrid work environment. It allows our team to communicate clearly, hold meetings without technical issues, and collaborate on projects in real time, no matter where we’re located. It’s reduced the need for long email threads and made it easier to keep everyone on the same page. The ability to screen share, record sessions, and use breakout rooms has made training, brainstorming, and decision-making much more efficient.

I like using zoom for team meetings. Its nice to be able to login and join the meeting no matter where I am; the office at work, at home or simple wherever I may be

What do you like best about the product?
I like the integration it has with slack, simply type /zoom and you are good to go with the meeting. It is good, handy and can be used anywhere from any device. It also supports SSO login which is really helpful

I think sometimes the drawing tool in meeting faces some lag, other wise all good

Problems like communication while being in a remote setting at work, is solved. Sharing screen, generative AI consultations are great. I find it sending recordings post meetings are done, which are great if I wish to revise certain things

I liked the connectivity speed and quality, it was smooth and good.

Zoom is solving the problem of being far apart from each other and still you can connect with each other with video chatting and able to present with screen sharing.

as of now, i dont see anything which i dont unlike. This is a great software
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Actually we are from technical background, and when customer say there database is not working fine or is not coming up, we used to share zoom link with customers across the globe, talk to them to understand the situation and if required we take the control of their server and resolve the issue. It's a go to software for us when this situation occurs.

What do you like best about the product?
It's an easy interface where a lame user can use it effectively and easily schedule meetings. Zoom is also quite easy to integrate with any 3rd party application. As a professional software engineer, life was not that easy without Zoom for meetings.

A 45-min meeting for a free Zoom user is the only dislike about Zoom.

1. Ease of establishing the meetings.
2. Quite easy to access the recordings and record the meetings to the cloud.
3. A brief note about the meeting is being directly send to meeting scheduler's mail and that helps to MOM.

Seamless video conferencing, making remote collaboration very natural and professional.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface looks very outdated. Additionally document management is not tightly integrated in it as some of the other tools do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Real time quick remote collaboration - It enables quick video calling with my teammates and external partners likewise. It also helps me quickly share my screen and resolve many of the queries/concerns I might need to share with others either in my team or external partners.
