What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is best for long calls and meetings. I like the filters it offers, clear audio and video, and the telegraphy section on the screen share.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not perticilulerly. Zoom has every feature for a good meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
First we used google meet for the local and internationally meeting, but it lacks the some basic need for a very good call. some times the video quality was not so good, some times the audio disorrianted. also lacks the record feature of the meeting. Zoom has all these functionality and made the conferencing easy.

"Sometimes it consumes a lot of resources and can affect the device's performance."

Sometimes it presents connection problems or consumes many resources, but its ease of use and advanced features compensate for those drawbacks.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is a very intuitive product for collaboration between Team Members, especially with remote work taking hold across the globe as a norm. Sheer ease of access is amazing, along with an easy to learn and use UI so that all team members are able to adapt quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The audio transition has at times been a bit faulty, but overall, not much to dislike as anything that breaks or flounders is addressed rapidly.

we use zoom workplace mainly for video conferences .The main benefits are cost saving because we dose not really need to go to certain places to attend meetings ,with zooms easy integration users can easily schedule meetings without hassle

It took a bit of time to navigate the user interface of zoom, before understanding the simplicity of being able to connect with colleagues.

Zoom helps me collaborate with people from different regions. I am able to be flexible and schedule meetings with my clients in different parts of the country and world around a flexible calendar schedule.
