Great way to manage your contracts

What do you like best about the product?
I am a Contract Manager that uses Agiloft on a daily basis. Using Agiloft allows the company to keep all contracts in a centralized location. Not only a repository of signed contracts, but also a way to manage renewals, and track steps through the drafting and approval process. It's a great tool that allows replacement staff to pick up right where the last person left off. You know exactly who they were working with, the changes that were made throughout the negotiation process, approvals, notes as to why something happened, status of signatures, and so much more!
What do you dislike about the product?
As much as we'd like everything to run smoothly, sometimes information changes in the middle. Other companies also don't understand this process, so auto-generated emails get sent to Spam. I'd like to see a way to easily re-send via DocuSign without having to go through a cumbersome process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Seeing the end result of a signed contract is great, but I frequently need to report to management on what contracts are in process, and where are they within the process. Agiloft allows me to easily pull reports for just about any type of information I need, easily download as an .XML file, and manipulate as needed. Has saved tons of time by not making staff track, report, and then me to compile this information weekly.

Excellent software easily customised

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of configuration. I was involved from the implementation of the product for our business; I worked closely with Eric Ha who demonstrated a deep understanding of the application. We have used the application for about 5 years, in that time we have need to use customer support on bugs or development requests, each time they have resolved my ask. Agiloft team may not always know the answer but they will find it out. We also integrate with DocuSign for the e-signature, for the most this is seamless flow of data. Our business use case does not take benefit of all the features possible, although our business users who use the system constantly through the day would like us to expand.
What do you dislike about the product?
As an IT administrator of the application my biggest pain point is the functions around the licence usage of the application. There is enough provided that I can manage, however it could be improved greatly by adding in some more data points and keep the data for a longer period for analysing usage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Agiloft our global company spanning 70+ languages and as many legal entities had isolated contracts stored in various places from dedicated CLM applications to a stack of draws and excel sheet. Reporting a whole picture was impossible, and many contracts were only found in the local language in so causing a number of added complications.
Now that we have finally migrated all our contracts into the one data base the above issues are eliminated, our Chinese contracts for example have English metadata to report on, and all reporting can be run in the one system regardless of location or type.

What do you like best about the product?
There isn't just one thing I love about Agiloft! Our implementer went above and beyond to understand our requirements and tailored the product to our needs. It's incredibly user-friendly and has made my team's work much easier and more efficient. They use the product throughout their day and really enjoy using it! We've been able to customize the platform to improve our data collection and reporting. The ability to create custom reports on our own is a huge benefit—no waiting around for someone else to build them. Integration with our customer information system allowed us to provide our Care team with scripting to ensure they capture critical information in their interactions with customers. Customer support is just a ticket away and their response time is quick.
What do you dislike about the product?
We truly have nothing negative to say about the Agiloft product. Our journey with Agiloft has been nothing but positive from the beginning, and that positive experience continues to this day!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We customized the product to act as our complaint management tool, fraud prevention alert management tool, sales inquiry platform and privacy request tracking tool. Agiloft keeps everything for each case in one place, and allows us to communicate with internal and external teams and have that flow documented within the case.

Agiloft - Great Contract Management Tool

What do you like best about the product?
Agiloft is very user friendly and it is easy from an admin side to add clauses and make template changes. Our requestors find it easy to request an agreement and the template generation is very easy to use. We can run reports and searches on all fields. Agiloft is a major part of our work day and plays a vital role in our department.
What do you dislike about the product?
Each amendment only ties back to the original agreement and does not stack changes. For example, if you chane salary in the Second Amendment and then add a Third Amendment that changes PTO, the record for the Third Amendment will have terms from the original agreement it is linked to and then updates fields for that amendment. So the Salary will show from the original agreement and not what was updated in Second Amendment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to easily gather all information needed to create a contract and quickly generate the contract which eliminates a great deal of manual drafting time.

What do you like best about the product?
Agiloft is always at the ready for any questions or if needed setting up a meeeting covering various topics. They are there to help.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm still farly new to the application (8 months) so for me it has been a learning curve to understand all the different workflows we have in place for the varios levels.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workflows - The system uses the internal set reminders to update and or send out notification emails when a contract needs to be reviewed and or approved. This helps us tremedously from having to constantly track down users to be sure they are following the proper steps. This allows for a seemless start of contract to Payment to a vendor.

Excellent CLM software

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the no-code functionality of the software. IT makes creating and managing customization easy and user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Though the no-code functionality is easy to use, gaining a baseline for knowledge on how the software is used can take some getting to used to as an Administrator. Overall, it was still relatively easy to pick up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Agilfot helped bring my company in the modern era with the management of contracts. It helped up create a standard for the lifecycle of our contracts. We used to encounter contracts that weren't fully approved/documented which lead to contracts slipping through the cracks. Agiloft solved that issue with the easy set up of approval flows.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful aspect of the Agiloft CMS is the ability to generate and organize the hundreds of contracts we create annually. When combined with approval workflows, timed email notifications and e-signatures, it has significantly imrpoved our ability to manage our portfolio.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is that due to our unique procurement and legal regulations, we needed customization which could not be done by our staff. However, we have a great solutions architect and we've met all of our deployment goals.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To quickly list a few problems we've rsolved, I would mention easy contract generation, contract review by multiple government departments, finalizations and centralized digital management completely removing the need to print contracts.

What do you like best about the product?
So I've been using Agiloft for a bit now, and I gotta say it's been pretty solid overall. What I really like is how you can customize basically everything. We’ve managed to set it up to fit exactly what our team needs, which is great. The automation features really help too—things like contract reminders and automatic approvals have saved us so much time, we don’t need to chase after people or dates anymore.
What do you dislike about the product?
it’s kinda complicated at first. There’s a ton of options and figuring out how to set it up exactly how you want can be a bit of a headache, especially if you're new to it. Plus, the interface is not the prettiest. It works fine but feels kinda outdated, if you know what I mean. But all in all, once you get past the setup, it really does the job. I’d recommend it for teams who need something powerful for contract management and are okay with a bit of a learning curve at the start.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Agiloft has helped us fix problems with managing contracts manually. We used to miss deadlines and approvals, but now, with automated reminders and everything in one place, it's much easier to stay organized. It’s also standardized our processes, so things run smoother. The setup was tricky at first, but once we got the hang of it, it made a big difference.

Best Contract Management for Property Management

What do you like best about the product?
We implemented Agiloft about 5 years ago now and it has completly changed how we handle contracts from request to execution, and all the way to billing. We use to handle the whole process via email, and the was a cumbersome process, however after coming across Agiloft and seeing the custom features and abilities it's capable of, we went to work in implementing the program and haven't looked back. Apart of standardizing and centarlzing our contract management process, the best feature is that fact that we were able to integrate with our billing system so that once a contract is executed, it can create the billing and send it to our billing system, rather then having it missed or manually entered.
What do you dislike about the product?
As powerful of a tool Agiloft is, it would be great if it was more simplified so that we can implement new features faster into our workflows, rather then waiting of consultants.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use to handle the whole process via email and things were always missed. However with Agiloft, we were able to standardize and centarlze our contract management process for our operations teams. The best feature is that fact that we were able to integrate with our billing system so that once a contract is executed, it can create the billing and send it to our billing system, rather then having it missed or manually entered.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy many features of the system but what I like best would be that we can select various terms and conditions and the system will recognize what cluases need to go in the agreement based on the selection in the fields and populate a complex agreement that would otherwise take hours to create.
What do you dislike about the product?
My biggest pain point is that each agreement and corresponding amendment is its own record and while they can be linked as related agreements, there is no record that combines all terms and can give a quick overview of all current terms (for example if salary changed in the first amedment, PTO changed in the second amendment and schedule changed in the third amendment....I cannot pull up one record to see what all current terms are. I have to open each record to see what changed)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Agiloft streamlines the process of obtaining terms for the agreements from other departments, creates our agreements and then sends the terms to various other departments after the agreement is executed. Prior to Agiloft this was all a manual process and took hours.
