Smooth experience
What do you like best about the product?
Cortex Cloud is a great tool for protecting our organization’s network. We primarily use it for secure VPN access, and the experience has been smooth and reliable. The interface is intuitive, and the connection is stable even during high-demand periods. What I like most is the seamless integration with our existing security infrastructure, which enhances our overall protection without adding complexity. The centralized management and visibility into network activity are also major upsides, making it easier for our IT team to monitor and respond to threats efficiently
What do you dislike about the product?
While Cortex Cloud is generally reliable and efficient, there are a few areas that could be improved. At times, the initial VPN connection setup takes slightly longer than expected, which can be inconvenient when trying to access systems quickly. Additionally, some advanced features could benefit from clearer documentation or more intuitive UI design, as it can be challenging for less experienced users to navigate
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cortex Cloud is solving the critical problem of secure and reliable remote access to internal systems. By providing a smooth and stable VPN experience, it ensures that employees can work from anywhere without compromising security. This has been especially beneficial in supporting our hybrid work model, enabling productivity while maintaining strong access controls. It also helps streamline network monitoring and threat detection, reducing response times and enhancing our overall cybersecurity posture.

Another level cloud platform
What do you like best about the product?
First of all most of our engineers find it very helpful because of the diverse options that they get and also the platform is user friendly. There’s a clear visibility of microservices, teams, and who owns some of the aspects and what not.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say initial set up was slightly complicated but as we move forward, it was much more easier to understand how the things work and other thing I would say the pricing factor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I would say full visibility to all the teams because the integrations that we have work seamlessly more with Okta, Datadog, PagerDuty etc. And also, once you’re familiar with the way, cortex cloud works it’s much more easier to deploy things in a fast pace, then compared to most of the other cloud services out there.
Effortless Cloud Operations with Cortex
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how simple and clean the dashboard is. It’s easy to find what you need, even when you have a lot of services to manage. Things that used to take a long time now only take one click. Having everything in one place also makes it easier to spot problems early.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the analysis and reporting could be more flexible. The ready-made dashboards are good for most things, but sometimes, you need to dig a little deeper. It’s not a big problem, but having more options would make it even better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Cortex Cloud for container security, and it has made a big difference. We can find and fix security problems much faster now without slowing everything down. It has saved us a lot of manual work and helped us stay safe while keeping things running smoothly.
Helps teams stay organized, worth the setup effort
What do you like best about the product?
You name the use, and G2 suggestsWhat I like best about Cortex Cloud is how it makes it easy to keep track of all the services my team manages. Instead of digging through different tools, everything is in one place: service health, ownership, and documentation all of it. It saves a lot of time and keeps everyone more organized. I also like how it connects with tools we already use, so it just fits into our workflow without being a hassle. the best and affordable software to implement in your projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike about Cortex Cloud is that it can feel a little overwhelming at first, especially with all the features and customization options. It takes some time to get used to the setup and figure out how to get the most value out of it. A bit more built-in guidance or onboarding help would make the experience smoother for new users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cortex Cloud makes it way easier to keep track of our services and who owns what. It’s saved us a lot of time and headaches, especially when onboarding new team members or fixing issues quickly.
Properly using AI to drive innovation
What do you like best about the product?
Having worked on some in-house AI driven security solutions I can say this gives a very nice turn-key solution. The fact it's a cloud native solution flies pretty well with the upper management and it gives a good user experience for the admins or security folk who have to cover all their bases with anything they need to monitor.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is the price to consider on this product for sure, having it be a cloud-first solution my personal gripes about telemetry and security of our company data come to mind and make me wary of how much is really shared and if the security solution actually makes some things more vulnerable, but that's more of a personal thought. I'd say enterprise pricing is still the biggest barrier to entry for many companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest benefits we saw were in the lowering of mental overhead and time lost on poring over our code and making sure it's actually cloud ready. It ma
Unexpected experience
What do you like best about the product?
Customer support is very efficient. Custom implementation through the use of the many features they provide. Even tough documentation is not detailed is quite easy to integrate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Documentation is not very detailed. Could provide more info. Pricing a little bit exaggerated, if it would be cheaper would be a great. User interface could be made more user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provides a real-time monitoring and very helpful security features such as unauthorized access protection and AI-based analysis to identify potential issues
short fun with our project
What do you like best about the product?
Scalability – It auto-scales beautifully, which means workloads can grow without worrying about provisioning servers
Self-serve ML/AI infrastructure – Teams love how Cortex Cloud makes it easy to deploy machine learning models without needing to manage infrastructure manually.

What do you dislike about the product?
Debugging deployments can be tricky
When something goes wrong, logs and debugging tools can be a bit raw, especially if you’re new to the platform. Some users feel it could benefit from deeper observability or integrated tracing.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Teams use Cortex to deploy ML models as REST APIs that respond to live requests—perfect for use cases like:
Recommendation engines
Fraud detection
Personalization
NLP/chatbots
Computer vision applications

Complexity simplified
What do you like best about the product?
Despite being very complex product, issue analysis and dependency mapping is very simple, thus reducing the labour of manually integrating and implementing multiple custom SDKs.
What do you dislike about the product?
User interface could use some more contrasting colors in dark settings, issues not always being notified by email. We have not yet engaged in any customer support communication, can't comment on that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to identify potential vulnerabilities and weak spots in our system before our QA or (at the worst case) users ever find out. Also shows history of these findings, making it easy to track what part of our product is most impacted by inadequate changes (in regards to security).
Excellent platform for cloud security
What do you like best about the product?
The facility and abailabilty that it gives us as users is one of the things that not most competitors gives. We're even planing on implementing it on the business i work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
For what we saw was the time of implementation that it takes, other than that i consider it to be the best in the market for what it does. Really like the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Stopping threats even before the company noticies, that's one of the reasons we think the platform offers, and the variety of things you can do with it is almost endless.
Good cloud adaption
What do you like best about the product?
Well, it's a single platform for all instances like data pipeline, code pipeline and other scenarios. When using other cloud here are outside properties involved which is risky and tedious, so cortex is very good in this scenario.
What do you dislike about the product?
There should be more advertising and within few years cortex must be equal to other cloud providers for this a strong aadvertisement, highlight benefitsts and use cases must be highlited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Overall fine more use cases and adaption to be followed this can be done by arranging hands ons sessions so more professionals have skills of cortex cloud.
