Instead of digging through different tools, everything is in one place: service health, ownership, and documentation all of it. It saves a lot of time and keeps everyone more organized. I also like how it connects with tools we already use, so it just fits into our workflow without being a hassle. the best and affordable software to implement in your projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike about Cortex Cloud is that it can feel a little overwhelming at first, especially with all the features and customization options. It takes some time to get used to the setup and figure out how to get the most value out of it. A bit more built-in guidance or onboarding help would make the experience smoother for new users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cortex Cloud makes it way easier to keep track of our services and who owns what. It’s saved us a lot of time and headaches, especially when onboarding new team members or fixing issues quickly.
