A good tool with a dedicated and professional team behind
What do you like best about the product?
The compliance automation is never only about the tool, but also about the people who help in implementing the process. Scrut shines in that area. The tool itself is flexible and does what it should do - automates evidence gathering, helps with monitiring the compliance of the endpoints, provides evidence to the auditors, has the functionaliuty of training the staff, all in transparent and understandable way. But for us, the main reason to choose Scrut was the fllexibility and professionalism of the team - the implementation is seamless and we have constant support from the team, both on the tool and - what is even more important - at the process level.
Also - Scrut was one of only two tools on the market who could help us with both the - standard - SOC2 and Iso27001 compliance, as well as with automation of FedRAMP compliance. Kudos for that!

What do you dislike about the product?
Scrut is a younger layer in the field tahn most and there are certain instabilities in the software. However, so far all of them were resolved in express time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scrut helped us to manage our Information Security Posture. Helped in getting our ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type 2. Also, we are working together at addressing the automation of our FedRAMP compliance.

What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciated about the scrut team was their unwavering support throughout the entire process. They consistently monitored the progress and provided guidance, making the experience stress-free and seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not encountered any such thing at present.

Scrut is helping us in getting compliance with ISO 27001 and SOC 2 standards.

Scrut has enabled stakeholders to work together more effectively, allowing for more
efficient decision-making and improved risk mitigation outcomes. They also have a
wonderful Customer Success team. They are always right on top whenever we need them.

There is nothing to dislike about Scrut as of now. The journey with the tool was amazing.

What do you like best about the product?
Scrut has been a single source of truth for all compliance and artefacts. They have a very
comprehensive control mapping built out of the box. They have a broad integration
landscape allowing us to integrate most of the in-use tools for continuous and control
monitoring. One of the best Customer Success teams in business. The collaboration with
the team was fantastic.

What do you dislike about the product?
Earlier we had a few hiccups with regards to the project delivery but the team was right
there to guide us and help us with the compliance requirements. They came on site to help
us manage our requirements and the detailing given was so enthralling. We had few issues
with the Scrut Agent for our End-point device monitoring. They were quick to take our
feedback and work on it.

Fast Compliances with scrut
What do you like best about the product?
It's fast! I liked how we got our compliances done in a very short period. Scurt team has an awesome customer success team who helped as at every point in the journey not just to be compliant but to help understand about various compliances.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike just that things are done a bit manually.

Unlocking the Power of Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance with Scrut Automation
What do you like best about the product?
Scrut has improved risk management. It is also very transparent by providing a centralized repository for all our governance, risk and compliance procedures. Scrut’s customer success helped us in setting up the right processes. Their promptness helped us remove blockers very fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislikes as such. A significant part of the whole process was automated by their tools.

Great tool for managing compliance tasks
What do you like best about the product?
Scrut provides a well designed and easy-to-use dashboard for managing compliance tasks. The action items are surfaced clearly. Integration with our environments on AWS and Google Cloud was straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
We had a slight issue integrating GitHub, but that was promptly resolved. No other problems so far in using the platform.

It helped eliminate most of the manual checks involved in cloud infrastructure security.

We found Scrut Automation tool fully efficient in achieving ISO certification by performing a comprehensive evaluation of the company's security management systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the initial stage, we found Scrut tool doesn't provide robust risk monitoring and analytics, which was later explained by the team.

Scrut Automation tool helps to identify, assess, and prioritise risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
