Scrut has heleped us in setting up Security complinace!
What do you like best about the product?
Scrut helped us in putting and setting up all the things related to our security and complaince requirements, which helped us to project us as an established trusted business partner infront of our clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
We faced couple of small issues in beggining of the starting process with the scrut tool, but moving forward the team was able to manage and fix it for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There was no standard process setup before, but with the help of Scrut team we were able to setup standardise process to serve our customer better in Fintech space.

Improved security posture with Scrut!!
What do you like best about the product?
There was a timely response to queries. This platform is helpful. Their team assisted in the entire process to obtain the certificates efficiently. They helped us to identify and implement the best industry practises.
What do you dislike about the product?
UI of the platform is good. However, a lot can be improved in terms of automating the entire flow of the compliance process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scrut is helping us to identify the security gaps and implement the best industry practices to ensure that all gaps have been properly plugged in.
Good Experience with preparing for ISO 27001, SOC2 and GDPR Certification
What do you like best about the product?

More IT audit points being automated, will help bring down the manual effort further in the overall compliance process.

Milestone achieved with the help of Team Scrut!
What do you like best about the product?
Scrut allows single screen dashboard where we can manage everything related to compliance very easily on the scrut GRC tool itself.
What do you dislike about the product?
During the cloud findings remediation we noticed that scrut platform doesn't show history of how many findings are closed on what day and time, I think that's a major improvement that platform lacks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scrut is the only tool that we are using to manage all our compliance needs, and we found that the tool was upto the mark in terms of GRC management on a single screen.
Security Certification on Steroids
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is super simple to use. The customer success team is very active & always there to help us with everything. It is also the cost-effective solution if compared with similar other platforms in the space.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much to say. We had a few product feature requests & they have taken it up in their roadmap for the upcoming feature list. But all in all nothing specific that I disliked about the platform or the team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have started working with Banking & Financial services companies & one of their top requirements was to have SOC2 & ISO27001 certifications in place. Scrut helps us with that in a concise time with their platform telling us what needs to be done.

Smart platform to accelerate time bound certifications
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of SCRUT is the awesome, knowledgeable team and the self intuitive platform. Right from Kick off till the external certification, the customer success team, technical and auditor teams work as one unit to make the job of compliance certification ease and comfortable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Operational requirements (such as Incident management, TPRM) for cyber security relating to controls can be added to the roadmap.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing the company's internal team and digital assets towards a framework is a complex job. Through SCRUT platform, this problem is solved by integrating top assets and the platform does the rest. Mapping controls, generating test evidences and flagging gaps to fix are done through the platform.

Automated tests have been very helpful in finding gaps before assesments and ensuring compliance of infrastructure. Good support for AWS

Nothing specific. We faced 1 false positive and that has already been acknowledged and picked up
