Great support received through out the compliance process!
What do you like best about the product?
The Scrut Automation platform was helpful in organizing our information security posture. The customer success department was proactive and reachable throughout the process. I highly recommend Scrut Team for your compliance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as of now, the team was there for every situation that we came across. Thanks to the team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scrut helped us get ISO 27001, ISO 27017, ISO 27018, ISO 27701, SOC2 Type2, and GDPR. We got our compliance pretty easily with the help of Scrut team.
Currently, we received our compliance and are yet to get results on business progression.

Scrut Automation - very helpful and dedicated team.
What do you like best about the product?
We had a great experience throughout our compliance journey. We liked the process and the way it was streamlined by the Scrut team and also we got a tremendous amount of support whenever needed. They were standing next to us on this journey until we got complaint with various standards.
What do you dislike about the product?
Scrut tool doesn't support a few integrations like for Zoho; the feedback was taken by the team. Can expect this year as mentioned to us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scrut helped us in getting compliant with various standards like ISO 27001, ISO 9001, SOC2 Type 1, SOC 2 Type 2 and GDPR. Big shout to Scrut's product team, it was another great experience using the Scrut tool as we got multiple features added under a single window.

What do you like best about the product?
Support from the team and simplicity of their dashboard. Also, the turnaround time for the complete process was significantly less than expected.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing significant as such. More automation in the dashboard might help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scrut helped us get compliant with SOC2, ISO2007, and GDPR. This is one of the hardest tasks for small teams like ours.

What do you like best about the product?
Clean, easy to use platform that automates a lot of the mundane tasks for compliance. Integration with AWS helped us a lot.
Very quick response from the team who is happy to handhold and provide templates where required. Turnaround time was also significantly faster compared to other providers.

Would be great if some of the policies can be auto-generated with an online editor to edit.

The cloud computing tool by scrut automation helped us in understanding all vulnerabilities and the closure became smooth

I did dislike about the complicated technical terms of Infosec but the team did a great job in helping us understand and get the certification

The overall benefit working with Scrut is to manage the certification process without challenge especially ISO 27017 and ISO 27018

What do you like best about the product?
The great thing about Scrut automation is the kind of engagement we had with the team and the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to dislike apart from the interface but as per our suggestion, the team at Scrut was able to make necessary changes.

The platform benefitted us in ISO and SOC compliance easily. Highly recommended.

What do you like best about the product?
There are multiple standards we have taken from Scrut and the kind of platform built by the team is amazing. We were able to see all the cloud issues and all policies were easily stored on the platform without hassel. Worth taking service from the team

The process and delivery were great at the team's end. No dislike or negative points as far as Apty is concerned.

Fast Compliance Tool for SOC2/ISO/GDPR
What do you like best about the product?
- Experienced audit professionals helped us navigate the entire compliance process smoothly.

GAP tracking via Web App was missing. Most of it were in excel sheets and web app was not leveraged properly.

What do you like best about the product?
Scrut Automation team has good knowledge and experience which made our work easy to implement the project and work together as a team. I found the trust vault an excellent idea to explain my organization's security posture to our prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
We integrated multiple AWS accounts with Scrut automation dashboard which was easy to integrate but it was difficult to identify the findings for each account among all. Scrut team took this as feedback and will implement the changes soon.

Scrut automation helped us in getting compliant with GDPR, which helped us to keep track of data processing activities.

Scrut Automation has helped us in getting compliant with ISO 27001, SOC 2. Team Scrut has several years of experience in compliances reflected throughout our journey which not only simplified our job but it also helped us structure our business as per global standards.

We found Scrut Automation tool up to industry standards everything was set up in place. If they can add notifications over the email it will ease our job.
