Seamless implementation for ISO 27001!
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use of this platform is what enhances the experience. The integration support is also something very dynamic!
What do you dislike about the product?
Scrut Agent needs improvement, looking forward to future improvements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The cloud security posture of Scrut offers 360 view of all sorts of vulnerabilities on the cloud, and helps to identify the risk items proactively through the regular scans!

What do you like best about the product?

Incredibly helpful for a small company
What do you like best about the product?
Scut provides a solid platform for compliance, but more important for me as a startup. CEO is the fact that they helped me through the process every step of the way. They helped us build their policies helped us improve our monitoring and did a pre-audit that identified weaknesses and gaps in our processes and systems. The facilitation of the process with regular cadence calls was very helpful and the customer success people helping in the process, were experts both in the platform and in the process and were instrumental in us getting through the process successfully.
What do you dislike about the product?
The system has a tremendous number of features, which sometimes makes it difficult to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Strut solves the problem of compliance and certification for us, allowing us to get and maintain SOC-2 compliance

Scrut is solving our manual verifications and risk management for internal and external compliance for Vendors and Employees as well.
ISO made easy with Scrut!
What do you like best about the product?
The Policy Management and the cloud structure posture management is one of the most used feature that helped us throughout the implementation. The ease of use made the entire implementation seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such! I guess the platform is self sufficient in all terms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The way Scrut has managed with the Policy Management on the platform along with its Vendor risk assessment made our implementation easy!

Scrut is helping us to manage and maintain our security standards as per the global security compliance. Also enabling us to achieve multiple level of certifications and be a partner in our growth journey.
SOC 2 certification with Scrut
What do you like best about the product?
Scrut made our SOC 2 Type 2 compliance process so much easier. The platform is super intuitive, and the automated evidence collection saved us a ton of time. We also loved how well it integrates with our existing tools, making compliance tracking seamless. The best part has been the customer support team—they’re always quick to respond, super helpful, and really proactive in guiding us through the process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike! Like any new platform, there’s a bit of a learning curve at first, but the onboarding and support team made sure we were up to speed quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Scrut, compliance felt like a never-ending manual task. Now, with automated evidence collection, risk assessments, and easy policy management, we spend way less time on paperwork and more time improving security. Plus, the real-time tracking gives us a clear picture of where we stand at all times. It’s made audits way smoother and has helped us build trust with customers faster. I’d highly recommend Scrut!

What do you like best about the product?
Great support/guidance from subject matter experts on issues like infosec, HR, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
The software (web app) can be improved. UI changes with no heads-up can be confusing.

Detail-oriented guidance to help customers meet compliance requirements.
A good team to carry our SMB through SOC2
What do you like best about the product?
By far, our project manager Priyanshi continues to be the best part of our experience with our partnership with Scrut. Her guidance, patience, and ability to advocate for our needs to her team is 100% the strongest deciding factor in our decision to renew our subscription with Scrut.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial policy documentation is boilerplate/copy and paste for a standard AWS cloud app developer and has a lot of grammatical errors. Our model does not fit the template and it was impossible to get the compliancy team to fully grok. We had to rewrite a significant portion of the documentation ourselves without much guidance from the compliancy team. We also got paired with the absolute worst VAPT technician for our internal audit who could not use openVPN. After a month of back and forth we were elevated to the lead technician and magically everything worked fine for them. If it wasn’t for our PM, and the sunk costs to get to cert, we would have cancelled our contract.
