Plum offers a vast and expansive marketplace to choose reward options from, such as gift cards and vouchers, merchandise, etc.

I have not encountered any problems with Plum so far in my journey.

Plum has simplified our entire rewards and gifting process. From selecting digital gift cards across a wide global catalog to setting up automated rewards workflows — everything is seamless. The platform is intuitive, scalable, and offers a great user experience both for admins and recipients. We particularly love how easy it is to integrate Plum into our engagement campaigns, surveys, and performance incentives.

There is nothing that i like to discuss about this.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use and offers various attractive rewards. After all, their customer service team helps a lot and simplifies all the problems faced

Nothing. It's perfect to use and offers complete features

They solved the problem regarding voucher/gift card display. Where the link given does not work as it should for me to redeem the reward. In the end I am very happy that their customer service team helped to solve the problem well and quickly.
Plum helps me to get what i want from hundreds of brands without costing any penny
What do you like best about the product?
Yes plum helps me in getting what i want from the huge variety of stores available there. On top of that i need not pay any cash to purchase goods or services because of the gift cards/vouchers which helps me a lot to purchase things. And their customer service is excellent and you never have to lose rewards if you made a mistake while purchasing products beacuse of their excellent customer service. Thanks a lot plum for my needs and that is highly recommended.

nothing at the moment but i do hope that they will continue to add more merchants for the convenience of all

recently when redeeming a reward i typed my email address wrongly by mistake so i could not receive the gift card and then when i contacted the customer care of plum they resolve my issue within 5hrs and i got what i deserve
