Such a great platform to provide perks to your employees!!!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how effortless it is to share gift codes with our team for any occasion. With a vast selection of options and coverage across many countries, it’s perfect for a global company navigating the complexities of international shipping and taxes. The ability to customize gift cards adds a personal touch, making the selection process even more enjoyable. The support team is fantastic, responding swiftly and ensuring complete satisfaction before closing out a ticket. I truly appreciate their high level of service.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more custom options with the cards that are sent with the gift codes. Or that I could upload my own image to relate to the occasion I am trying to send. Such as a winner of a contest for employees, offboarding farewell wishes, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
XOXOday solves the challenge of sending gift codes to employees worldwide, including hard-to-reach areas. They offer a wide range of options, allowing recipients to choose their own gifts, making the experience more personal and enjoyable. So far my team has really loved this new piece we have brought in!

Hi guys, I'm using xoxoday for the last 2weeks while using and buysing products in xoxoday is very easy and simple also products quality is very good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Buying some products order also done after order has been cancelled

I have delivery dely problem I'll rise the ticket then next day my order has been delivered
Exciting and looking-forward experience on the various offers available when I redeem points.

I think the problem Xoxoday is solving is the ease of exchanging points at the comfort of your own mobile in just a few clicks.

Using Xoxoday as a corporate rewards platform is as easy and simple as sending someone you adore a heartfelt text message from your smartphone. Xoxoday has a multitude of great reward and voucher options to celebrate your success or to mark your important milestones. Its user experience is simply great. It provides you immense satisfaction of choosing a worthy reward according to your taste and choice. I used Xoxoday just recently to celebrate my 20-year work anniversary, and I must say I am totally satisfied. Xoxoday makes your day!

Xoxoday's user experience is great. It can be enhanced if clarity about points and codes, login requirements, and voucher mechanism is provided upfront on the landing page. For example, if I want to redeem a code for an apparel brand, it would be great if a brief about how I can use my voucher for purchasing clothes of that brand is provided along with store details. That would help me take informed decisions.

What do you like best about the product?
I had difficulty redeeming a reward. The link to redeem was not working. Customer support was able to resolve this issue quickly and I was able to redeem $25 for an HAQM Gift Card!

I initially had difficulty contacting customer support and was not getting a response. I finally found the correct website to allow me to communicate with them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My initial problem was inability to redeem a reward due to links not working.

What do you like best about the product?
Xoxotoday has a user friendly design that is easy to navigate. I had an good experience of redeeming a gift card even though i faced technical difficulties with their fast customer support i was able to redeem gift card on time

There is not much dislikes about xoxoday but there is slight technical glitches happening sometimes that can be improved

What do you like best about the product?
It is my first experience in this platform redeeming my reward for surveys I am making from a survey platform. At first I experienced difficulty in navigating ,but with the help of Xoxoday customer service,everything went through.I appreciated so much for their quick response and guidance with my concerns.

So far I appreciated so much the help I got from Customer Service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My only concern is how to navigate properly in redeeming my reward from a survey platform and with the help from Customer Service,I was able to claim then.
