Redeem gifts without any fuss or frills.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer support working hours do not align with APCJ despite offering a chat option. Multiple chat requests are needed to receive answers.

They arent the best at probing questions. You will have to figure out a way to provide the information to them in case they cannot access the data you provided (i.e. provide a screenshot instead of the link)

Needed to exchange a voucher that is no longer usable (the nearest branch of the store I claimed it on has closed down, and the rest are found in location over 40 miles away)

This platform did not disappoint me in any way. Allthough there may occasionally be technical issues that cause gift card coupons to take longer to redeem ,but overall using this platform is quite pleasant.

If any issue emerges with the gift card voucher code, they will promptly resolve it by consistent follow-ups.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Xoxoday because it offers a wide range of redeemable products, with my favorite being GCash, which is highly usable here in the Philippines. I particularly enjoy participating in our company games to earn weekly Xoxoday points. These points have been incredibly helpful to me in times of need.
What do you dislike about the product?
One aspect of Xoxoday that I find frustrating is the occasional delay in redemption, as I recently encountered when receiving my redemption two weeks later than expected. However, I must commend their customer service team for their prompt response and efficient resolution as I file ticket with Xoxoday.

What do you like best about the product?
What if you can purchase any coupon or giftcard of any brand and merchandise offers that are totally worth it, Xoxoday is just the right place of it. In top of that I could use Xoxocode or points to redeem and get discount on my cart. Really amazing shopping experience.

Xoxoday doesn't have an app and products are very limited category wise and can unclude more items.

Xoxoday provides more personalised rewarding experience in a global scale. And that is what I love about it.

Few things like claiming the coupons is a bit difficult but the customer relation team makes it easier.
