A great website for redeeming rewards
What do you like best about the product?
The site is a one-stop solution for all kinds of rewards that can be redeemed by various means. The user interface is very appealing and fast to navigate through the different options
The customer support team is very proactive and quick to respond to any issues and resolve problems at minimum fuss.

Xoxoday is a one-stop solution for generating gift cards of different online shops. The site is beneficial to choose between different reward types and for quick checkout of my chosen gift card.

What do you like best about the product?
Xoxoday Plum is a rewards, incentive and payout platform to help businesses simplify their reward program while making the app user experience delightful and easy for customers. I had an excellent experience of redeeming a gift card and it happened smoothly within some time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't find anything to dislike about the app. The app is quite easy to easy, tecnical glitches might be a default reason but the overall experience of using this app is quite nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I had written a review about a college on Collegedekho and I have received the reward today from Xoxoday plum for my review. I created my account immediately, following the steps and it was just so easy. Though I never have used an app like this, but I could take out my reward from the gift card voucher on my first try. So I must say, this application is made for delightful customer experience and they will go round and above to help you out.

the gift card belonging to a retail based in Dubai was not going through. I was not getting it. They have solved the issue in 2 business days even being at the other side of the world. Now I have my gift card with me

Seamless execution of voucher encashment. the choices for vouchers was spread based on every individuals taste and requirements. it was a simple 3 step process for redemption and utilizing at online stores was also easy.

An mobile app would have been a real saviour.

Xoxoday provides an easy-to-use method that streamlines recognition and rewards, using global rewards catalog, reward points can be redeemed in a matter of minutes.

The only downside I noticed in Xoxoday is regarding the inbaility to change the primary email address (to receieve rewards at an alternative email)

Xoxoday handles all the customer queries (reg rewards, expiry, extension, delivery issues etc.) in a very effective way and the transition is hassle free
