What do you like best about the product?
Its promptness and transparency while dealing with the client< its implementation has been flawless. The customer support team had been very prompt in answering my query. I have used it somewhat frequently i would say. I am happy with its number of features. It has integrated well with my computer and have found it useful. Its use has beem quite comfortable and I have so far not found it discreminatory or arduous

I had asked it for a solution to an reward that I was unable to open and execute. I rferred the issue to it and it promptly advised me as to how I should give them some data so that they can solve my issue

HAQM pay voucher not available. It is hidden under the electronics voucher.

Fund Ading On Portal, Very Difficult. If Send Payment in The Morning It will Added By Evening. This is Not Good. It Should be Added as soon as or Within an Hour.

Gives a way to mass distribute gift cards to employees

I was not able to successfully able to redeem on my first try. Their customer support was helpful and quick to respond though, and my issue was resolved after a few days of troubleshooting

Xoxoday helps to mass distribute gift cards to employees digitally. This means we don't need to physically hand people gift cards to reward them.

None, at first I thought that they wouldn't mind about the errors I sent yet it turned out to be exactly opposite!

I faced the technical issue while redeeming the voucher I reached to the tech team, they responded very quickly and helped me to redeem my voucher
