I couldn't get the gift voucher code from the link shared by our official website, but when we approached Xoxoday support to resolve the issue. They responded immediately and addressed the issue.

What do you like best about the product?
The quick paced communication makes Xoxoday different from any other peer of them. I had some troubles regarding the voucher i received, their team solved in a couple of hours even on a Sunday.

Guys can you please add an option for call support? It's sometimes hard to explain the problems over chat

It was hard earlier to go to each website and buy vouchers for our team, and they always had the problem that we don't want this particular website's voucher, plum solved majority of this problem as now the employee himself has the control
Xoxoday Pulm is a next level payment option for us
What do you like best about the product?
My company pays my monthly stipend using Xoxoday palm. Before some months the Paytm option was not working perfectly so I have complained about this matter and now the issue is 101% resolved by the team. Also the customer support team is very helpful and they provide fastest resolution. Recently I faced some problem in my vouchers so I reached them via Email and they resolved my issue within two working days even there is holiday in our country India. They really value their customers and also the WhatsApp support team is very fast to provide accurate resolution.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike nothing about this product because whenever I have reached their support team about my problem they resolved my issue in a short time. I am getting payments with this product from last 1 year and still now not a single Rupee is wasted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I get payments from my company using this vouchers. It helps to save my taxes. Because according to our company if I take payment in any other form then I have to pay a 10% TDS in our country. So I am saving my money.

What do you like best about the product?
They reply the mail with 4 hours with resolution. And I also mail Xoxo about my grievance they also make me comfortable and giving me resolution instantly.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Actually I placed one order of Flipkart Gift card by "Yougov" app after which, when I try to get my Flipkart Gift card code it's showing that there is some technical problem in it. I was very disappointed but when I sent a mail to Xoxo about my grievance they solved my problem instantly and also resolved before time, they mentioned on their mail.

It is not easy to redeem. The redemption code takes a while to reach to the official email.

The best thing about Xoxoday Plum is its versatile rewards solutions. I like that platform offers a wide range of experiences, gift cards, and perks, that the companies can use to rewards to its stakeholders. It's so easy to choose and use our reward without having to follow a lengthy process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I genuinely didn't find anything to dislike, but just a suggestion to add more of globally accepted giftcard options so that we may enjoy our perks.

There is no need to offer physical gifts rather send a link of reward to someone deserving and it's so quick for sender and receiver both.

When I used plum, there was no HAQM Vouchers and that I think is the only drawback. But everything else product wise is perfect.

What do you like best about the product?
As a digital-first company, we always wanted to make our rewards all digital and get over the personalized gifting for everyone every time. Starting with the implementation, to integration to onboarding everything was seamless. The hyper-personalization and real-time reward distribution also let us reward and recognize our employees in a manner that is a win-win situation for both of us. Another thing that I like is their UI, it is simple and elegant and everything is under one screen, so you need not find it difficult to navigate into places.It's been 6 months that we have been using xoxoday as a frequent platform for rewarding and incentivising our Ackers.
Another thing I like about Xoxoday is that they offer data and analytics tools that help us to track the effectiveness of our incentive programs and make data-driven decisions for improvement.
And just in case you face any difficulties, their customer support is round the corner to go above and beyond to help you out. Just drop them an email and it gets resolved under 24 hours.

I wish there would have been a chatbot on the tool where we can write our issues and it can get resolved. Another thing that could be improved is the wide range of partnerships. Today a user might get confused with all the brands and end up buying the regular vouchers only.
Also, initially we faced a lot of challenges in integrating xoxoday to our current HRMS portal, but once it was sorted, it is a smooth ride.

What do you like best about the product?
XOXO is a really good platform that provides plenty of benefits and offers. I got to know about XOXO through my organization and I have been a fan since day 1. It is easy to use and has so many amazing brands listed. The customer support is also amazing.

I do not dislike the app, it is a great benefit.

Through XOXO our team is providing rewards to all the employees in our organization, which is a great way to appreciate and motivate the employees. Instead of providing the amount in salary, it is better to get it through XOXO because, in that way, it actually gets spent on our needs instead of spending it on useless stuff
