What do you like best about the product?
Xoxoday is one of the best purchasing voucher site for recognizing employees but their customer service is a worse.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Xoxoday Customer Service Team is a worse as I've experienced delays on their incentive program. Since the delay lasted a month already, their incentive program concluded and I wasn't able to received the reward.

Great selection of gift cards
What do you like best about the product?
I received the Xoxoday voucher from my company and was quite impressed to see a great selection of gift cards that were available on Xoxoday website that could be redeemed using the voucher. Almost every major brand in each category is available and the voucher can either be used completely or partially or clubbed with other Xoxoxday vouchers as well which is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only drawback was that the first line customer care support wasn't really helpful. Despite reaching out to them 2-3 times, they kept reiterating the same thing until a call was set up with the technical team, following which the query was resolved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Xoxoday vouchers allow to buy gift cards from multiple vendors across various categories like fashion, food, etc which is quite impressive.

It's awesome platform to send rewards to employee at anywhere of the world. It brings convenient and efficient to the organization in managing Employee Recognition rewards for team members that coming from different countries.

Nothing much I could think of other than increase the gift selections.

It resolve the geographic issue where single platform that provide various location support which enable organization to perform employee recognition reward towards their employee around the world easily.

What do you like best about the product?
strong support from helpdesk when having issues with vaucher from provider from Croatia
What do you dislike about the product?
I receive coupons in USD and than when transfering to EUR there are always couple of unused USD due to exchange rate and most of providers have only "rounded" vaucher values

quick reward for the people taking "extra mile" on top of their everyday tasks
