What do you like best about the product?
It is very user friendly. Also the customer support desk resolves the issues quickly. It happens sometimes that we encoutner a technical glitch but here its resolved on a very efficient manner which has impressed me very much.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think user should be also given an opportunity to select from certain widely used platforms vouchers like HAQM. I think it was not there. or may if its based on the gifted entity. Its not a big deal still it will be better if we can provide more opportunity to the user to select various gift cards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its allowing us to securely access a gift voucher and in a quick and efficient manner which has helped me more in terms of saving my time.

It is user Friendly Interface.I like it's features such as Drag and drop,Email alert,Automation email.It's Redeem code has lot option's such as Flipkart,HAQM where Customer can choose them.It helps and support mobile optimize.It integrations With HRM's or CRM platforms helped me lot.It provides each gift status and recipient action for every step of the way.It has Comprehensive Incentive Management Enhance Employee Engagement and loyalty.It is better than tango and tremendous.It helps for Cost Management,Drive revenue growth.It can be implemented with SAP and API's.Deployment architecture with Cloud (SaaS or IaaS).I had frequently used Xoxoday Plum from past 2 months and,Our Organization honured me for my achivements.

You can reedem your rewards based on the most convenient service or merchandise that is available to your location. A very accommodating, fast and helpful customer support when there are problems encountered on your transactions. Overall a very goor experience for me.

For me there is none that i dislike about xoxoday plum since i have not encountered anything that can not be resolved yet using xoxoday plum.

A gift card/merchandise order that was pending for more than a month.
Fast and efficient customer service
What do you like best about the product?
Xoxoday Plum is a faster way to redeem your gift card like Gcash, my experience was excellent because I redeem the gift card immediately to my Gcash account. Customer support actively answer my question and provide efficient customer service.

Nothing! All I can say is excellent service.

About the delivery of gift card but after contacting the support team I got my reward immediately.

Good Platform to roll out Brand Vouchers
What do you like best about the product?
We were referred to use xoxoday Plum by one of the ex-employees. The use case was to roll out bulk user or single-user brand vouchers within a snap, and it actually happened.
We just tried rolling out the HAQM brand vouchers to the user list of 40 people, and it worked flawlessly.
Customer Support team is great and helpful.
Implementation was pretty easy and quick.

What do you dislike about the product?
We have just started using the Xoxoday Plum, and as of now, there are no dislikes, but there will be one feedback if we send the brand voucher and mistakenly send it to the incorrect email ID, it doesn't give the option to undo or re send at correct mail.

As mentioned in likes, Xoxoday Plum is helping us roll out brand vouchers in bulk or for a single user.
